I love how they changed up the date option. There is no debate about the date window at the 3,64:30 position. I like the looks
I thought it was clever! 😁 it wont take much getting used to. Most similar in concept, i think, would be the Oris Big Crown Pointer Date, where you'd look around the dial to check for the date.

love me an indigenous asian microbrand!
im a bit spoilt for asian microbrands since my home country of origin is singapore, but i've been loving various microbrands from the SEA region. they often get to put in little nods towards the culture, but they're also often just fantastic value for money. So far ive gotten to try out Zelos(of course) and Revelot and im a big fan of both. Still keeping an eye out for a Boldr and WISE, plus whatever else might pop up that grabs the attention.

The one I've got my eye on from Singapore is Maison Celadon 🥰 but i've blown my decade-long watch budget on the Atelier Wen! 🤣 The other SEA brand I'm interested in is the Lima Watch from Indonesia

@@punkypink83 Not sure about the resale value but I dont want to let go of the Atelier Wen at this point 😖... while the Maison Celadon one is beautiful, it's a manual wind watch and my manual wind ones tend to get less wrist time.
Nomos have a peripheral date display model in a very different price bracket, this is a very pretty watch

Discovered this very long ago and recently purchase it, but was dissapointed as I never received my order. Its supposed to be a fathers day gift but it never arrived, their choice of courier is worst and what makes it worst is I emailed them for help and never get a response. I actually believe in the brand and support local microbrands as a watch enthusiast and I was never been dissapointed for the first time of the after sales service of the microbrand, will not recommend and will not purchase from this shop anymore.
Hala! :( What was the courier??? Not sure if some couriers offer insurance for stolen goods -- but it should be the seller claiming for insurance (if the courier offers it)
@@AliasEveWatches gogo xpress, just checked their review and it was horrible. GEHK-YL9B-70MP this was my tracking and it always says incorrect address, failed attempt where they never really contacted me or whatsoever to confirm address and direction. Very dissapointed!
@@AliasEveWatches it was gogo xpress, read many negative reviews about their delivery process, it was always a delivery failed attempt, incorrect address. Not sure but they have my contact details, they should have called and asks for direction or what not..
