    😊 lovely side dishes.
    I have some fresh daikon, so i think i will try drying it in a food dehydrator.

    Wow, so much love and effort goes into making even the side dishes to Japanese cuisine. It's quite inspiring!
    Hmmm side dishes from my country huh? I guess my two favorites are rice pilaf and oven roasted carrots. They're both relatively simple but oh so tasty

      Thank you so much! Yes, we make them a lot and eat them for about 5 days!
      That's nice:) I love rice pilaf, but I've never made it😅. In the future, I'll try them!
      Thank you. Have a nice day☀️

    I have never seen dehydrated daikon before,I wish we could get them here as fresh daikon is not easy to get.Thank you for the side dishes recipe as they are always handy.I have used hijiki before in my cooking.I used them in my miso soup,ha..ha..am not sure whether you are supposed to do that.Last weekend,I made Yaki Nasu for the family,with ginger and bonito flakes,everyone loves it!

    Konichiwa Ryusei Kun! What does No Nimono translate to?

    • @kyodokan.japanese.cuisine
      @kyodokan.japanese.cuisine  Місяць тому +2

      Konnichiwa! "No" means of, and "Nimono" means simmered! Thank you for watching:)
