Thanks for the video. I'm a 77 yo woman but I don't limp because I have the habit of limping. It's because I'm AFRAID it's going to hurt. If I step wrong (and I've no idea what wrong is) it is a sharp pain and for a split second I THINK my leg is going to give out. I blamed it all on the arthroscopy I had over 20 years ago for a torn meniscus. I have a hilly yard here at my new one story house and your previous knee videos have already helped and I realize some are the same as what the post surgery therapist showed me. I just didn't understand I should keep doing them to make all the flexibility to come back. I ordered your book because if I skip a few days I forget the nuances of how to do the exercises. Now if you only showed how to help my 12 yo german shepherd with her arthritis in the right shoulder, we might be able to take longer walks together.
@@HT-Physio As always, thanks Will . You are a God send 💜. I’ve been having tremendous pain when weight bearing on my right knee. In particular, I can’t step up stairs without pain on the inside of knee. So been taking one step at a time ☹️. Which of these exercises do you think will help? Thanks
It's a blessing what you were able to restore. My PT helped me correct an issue that went undiagnosed for SEVERAL yrs. I had similar problems. PT's like you Will, are INVALUABLE.
I like your methods for curing pains of joints in elderly people . Can u guide for hand exercise for elderly people suffering from osteoporosis arthritis of hands and fingers
I am 72 yrs old man used to played soccer as a professional. Since few yrs my left knee gap is one side is closer mean less grease . I been visited several Doctor office finally I getting helps from your video I do walked all I need follow your instructions. I feel great

...I must thank u for the amazing exercises you show us weekly.. I'm 74 and always been a walker.+.ive got some fluid on my knee..thats giving me some discomfort so applied your painful knee exercise ...with amazing results....sadly I cannot afford to pay for physio...so this is most helpful....again I'm thankful for your understandable instructions..
God bless you for sharing this video. You are truly brilliant and these exercises are great for seniors who have stiffness in knees and who are simply walking the wrong way as you’ve illustrated. Warm greetings from Canada
Thank you sir sooooo much for this…. I just hit 70 the 7th of November …. Your book was ordered last night and should be here this coming Thursday …. Thank you again Sir
Oh, I just did the heel-toe with my right leg. I've been limping for 2 years due to a complete tear of the ACL. Will...I didn't limp!!!!! It didn't hurt. Thank you so much. I've been following you for the 2 years and finally listened. Hope to let you know how I progress! 😇
Hi Will, this was spot on. My pilates knee videos have the same exercises and my knees got better. Will do these; especially the walking. Thank you for helping us stay out of pain! 😊😊😊
Thank you Will. At the moment I have a lot of pain in my knees, expecially the right one. I will try the exercises you suggest and hope they will help me too. Thank you again for sharing with us.
This is great as this is something I can also do if needed. I'm a 58 yr old woman, recently post-menopausal and due to the hormonal changes my joint have become way more vulnerable than they already were because of hypermobility. Most of your exercises I cannot do without altering them, others I cannot do at all. Maybe you can regularly offer exercises for 50+ women, taking into consideration that most peri and post menopausal women have joint & muscle issues due to hormonal changes. I would certainly appreciate it as I like your style of presenting :)
Hi Will, thank you… I have that same limp. Thought it was from having a dropped hip which occurs with a trendelenburg gait. As I’ve been told.. by P.T. never thinking it was my knee. You are truly a healer Will. Bless your good heart ❤
Informative and useful; Will surprises with another brilliant video. How do we thank Will for his significant contributions to our well-being? I joined 3-Tip Friday and bought his books (old and new). A simple gesture just to say Thank You.
Thank you for another useful video. Many physios recommend to keep entire foot on ground and not heel first, especially if heel hurts. What is your opinion about it?
Dear Will, thank you for yet another gem! I am grateful to you, and words fall short in expressing my gratitude. Please could you make a video on exercises that people over 50 should avoid, from head to toe? You have made some in the past, but if you could make one consolidated video, that would be great.
Will, thank you for another super video, targeting a growing subset of the population. We appreciate you ! Are there exercises one can do for the posterior chain while in bed ?
Thank you so much for your information Will !!! I have been doing your recommended exercises for arthritic knees and am so pleased with the results I have suffered for a number of years using pills creams ect ect and I am amazed at the results Thank you so very much for your advice 😊 ☺ THANK YOU 🙏
I have issue with flexion of knee and want to know as to how can I judge / evaluate which muscles quads / hamstring or glutes are weak.I will be doing the flexion exercises suggested by you and will wait for your response about finding out which muscles is weak. I feel my quads are strong as compared to hamstring and glutes.
my case is very similar to the case you are featuring here Will Harlow, however I have constant pain in that knee (mild in other knee) and it is stabbing and aching knee pain that is mostly unbearable and typical painkillers have given me almost NO RELIEF....I am on waiting list for knee replacement....though dreading it very much...
I’m 67 year old active female. I have a complex medial meniscus tear. They are recovering partial meniscus removal. I really want them to clean up and rehab. Is this unreasonable? I have minimal arthritis under the patella. Is it possible to avoid meniscus removal?
Hello I’m suffering with knee pain but I’ve also got a bakers cyst and a painful tendon can you help me ? I have had a knee replacement on mt other knee but I really don’t want to have a knee replacement on this left knee . Thank you.
Hello Mr Harlow I am been watching your videoe on you tube for some while and I have bought your latest book. But you never send you videos that you advertise at the end of your [odcasts,
early 60s and need both new knees. I cannot straighten them, especially right (so limp which is not helping my back) and they are wind swept. The dr says it is the artheritis why one is bow and other knock but after researching pt on you tube, I think it because my hips/glutes were week. make sense. I am concerned about the one knee that bows out cause the perennial nerve goes close to where that artheritis is and surgeon said when he straightens leg at knee surgery, it can hurt that nerve and I get drop fit. oh my! ideas if I can fix a bow or knock knee?
I prefer ‘my client’. It may be that this person WAS a gentleman. So that would be the reason Will felt comfortable saying that. I am in the US, and I’ve come across a person or two that I would call a gentleman.
I'm 61 and got left knee pain on the hack squat machine. Stopped doing the hack squats but pain persists. I'm going to try these exercises, thank you so much!
I have knocked knees due to arthritis and some swelling. I also had a fall with side splitting 6 years ago. My ligaments were stretched badly. I had done physio, exercises. I have full extension of my knees, cand flex them, but I am stiff in the morning and pain when walking and instability in the knees due to pain. Shall I still try the exercises? I
I have a little bone that pops out if I move my knee just right. Then I have to see a chiropractor to pop it back. But I want to know how I can strengthen this muscle or whatever to keep the bone staying in instead of coming out again. I am 72 but this happened at the age of 55. Thank you.
At 78, I was diagnosed with stage 4 arthritis. My Ortho surgeon would not discuss surgery. He prescribed physical therapy. Within weeks I was walking for 20 minutes at a time with no pain. I am now up to 50 minutes. I still have the flat foot limp that was not addressed. Thanks for the video.
Thank you sir. My knee is badly hurting . Going to do the exercises. May God bless you for all your kindness to us seniors
I hope they prove beneficial for you, I'm wishing you all the best!

Know this is isn’t a related topic but just wanted to know if large bucket handle meniscus tear will heal by itself.
I needed that.

Do you have clinic?
I fell and hit my knee on a hardwood floor. What can I do? I have neuropathy I can't soak it in warm water or use a heating pad. It burns so bad.
Also, squeeze your glutes tight when walking. Less pressure on the knees.
Mr Will May Allah Bless You.
Thank you!

I'm sorry to hear about the pain you're experiencing, I hope the exercises prove beneficial for you!
Could You please tell me If these exercices are suitable for a person trying to recover after an AVC. She is still limping the left foot .
One thing you missed is that FEET can cause knee pain. People should check that their arches are well supported.

You never addressed the importance of strong glutes. Don’t strong glutes which supports the leg is key to knee pain?
Will'! I didn't know that 'Gentle Men' had knees!😂😅😊
Will' I know I have been naughty, but could you do a foot/ankle version of this?😊
I'm sorted, my glutes were too weak.
