This is a really lovely practice. There is only one thing I might suggest. It would be really helpful if there were some modifications or other pose options for shoe lace. With bigger thighs and/or a larger midsection that pose is unaccessible and I wasn't sure what other pose I could swap in that would get to the same muscles. Thank you!
