Yes you have to use the fastboot rom, and you will be needing a computer.
But why you want to downgrade?
@@GadgetGuys I agree with HyperOS is good but there is one missing feature that I love Dolby Atmos Preset Dynamic Video Music Vocal now disable And this is the reason why I want downgrade
I send lots of feedback that to add this setting again But I don't is it work or not

In Dolby Atmos settings u get Xiaomi sound plus original sound options
