I'm rebuilding one of these right now. I decided to change out all the rubber tubes so I just pulled them all apart so I could put them all in an ultrasonic cleaner. This is my first time. I noticed that you're not using any of the paper gaskets that come with the rebuild kit. When I disassembled mine, I didn't have any either, but I'm wondering if on a rebuild I was supposed to use one of them or just rely on the rubber gaskets alone.

You shouldn’t need them they are a fit all kit I bought the same kit for a 96 XP they send extra gaskets for all of them.

Nice rebuild video, I had a question concerning pop off test when have the triple carbs connected. I noticed you didn’t do a pop off test, is that because you re-used the springs each carb came with?

Yes and know I didn’t have the tool to do it with and just figured they where good before lol but yes really should do a pop off test and they should start to open all right around 20-25 psi

Where did you buy the kit I have to rebuild all 3 of mine on this same ski. One of them is leaking fuel so figured I’d just rebuild all at once

I would definitely get the Mikuni kit and not the cheap knockoff
