    If anyone is debilitatingly tired all the time get your Ferritin levels checked. If it's low that's iron deficiency. Drs don't regularly check this.

      Ferritin is good, but not the complete picture regarding Iron. Most of the time it's a copper deficiency. Copper is the chaperon for Iron. Without Copper, Iron gets stored as bio-unavailable in our tissues.
