I am having major problems with the app, everytime I try to do anything it in I get a loading screen and eventually it will just say "Network error", or other error messages, it won't let me do anything to my profile, I can't activate the device, I can't do anything on the app.

I've read the comments first before asking any questions .1 wheres is the activation code .2 it's not any where on in or provided in the package at all if I cannot activate it it's useless if I spend hours trying to do a very simple registration it's too much and I will be sending back to amazon

Where The HELL is the 8 digit activation code? Does it pop up? Does it come in your email? How and where is it????? I have farted around with this for 4 days and am getting quite fed up!!!!!!
The activation code is on the front page of Quick Start Guide which you can find it when you open the package.
@@ThinkcarOfficial ; What "Quick Start Guide"? What "Package"? All my app shows is activation and after the SN is input. There is nothing else! When I tap the Activation Code Box, I get an unhappy face and it asks for 8 numbers.
@@boobalew Did you purchase the device? ThinkDiag? You need to purchase a ThinkDiag first, when you open the package, you will see the activation code : )
