    Man people like you are angles. I just woke up this morning and started doing my job (computer software related) and taught to myself I need to help people. I wish I was a doctor so people would actually believe me that whole plant based diet is the way

    Interesting that you mentioned natto because my daughter contracted COVID-19 and her doctor told her to take supplements of Vitamin D, vitamin C, melatonin and Nattokinase which they said was from fermented soy and is to prevent blood clots. I had never heard of nattokinase before but now I know it is high in vitamin K2.

    Good question! What food contains the vitamin K2? Why not a food starting with the letter K, like 🥬 Kale?

    Do you think it truly matters if you grind flax seeds yourself and eat them right away or if you buy them pre ground and freeze them after opening?

    how important is it to eat vitamin K2? I've heard some doctors say our gut bacteria makes enough assuming we're eating plenty of K1

      May be true. Hard to measure. Natto is a good source, from soy, not very tasty!
