When you first talk with Frisk, if you wait around long enough he mentions that he sold a fake art piece to some imperial, and the Imperial then gave it to Thrawn. It’s pretty cool that they threw a mention of Thrawn in there and that he is tied into how Frisk got his death mark.

Well I think it was scuttled by the crew. If you look at it there are tons of small blast points most likely damage from a battle. The wreck is still close together indicating it was stationary when it got destroyed. Plus it looks like an internal explosion in the hangar section cutting the ship in 2.
In regards to the Venator: It retains specs of paint, so it seems likely it'd be destroyed by the end of episode III (since the ventral door paint was removed in those shots)
A Star Wars Resistance reference with one of our Imperial squad mates having the last name of Vonreg. Major Elrik Vonreg was an ace pilot within the First Order, and present within the first season of Resistance. It’s likely there’s some family connection there.
It’s definitely debatable... But from my perspective I found most of the First Order elements to be rather interesting. All the other stuff was however... lacklustre, to put it mildly.
There's also the holo-broadcast in the Clone Wars episode "Rookies" that says, "This next one goes out to the mud-jumpers of the 224th, mucking it out on Mimban." I love little references like that.
What I'd give for some Clone Wars content in Squadrons. My favorite fighter is the ARC 170 and I love the Venator. Even if it was just one map or something.

Two things that I've noticed in game that weren't in the video but I thought were SUPER cool: 1-In the Imperial flight suits, Something "loyalty" I think the names are, they description puts them as a possibly given to loyal clone pilots after the war was over, Which is super dope, and 2- also for the imperial Pilots, the Soldier B voice option is literally a clone troopers voice (movies, not show). Literally almost spot on.
I think they need to make various Clone war movies to further add to the lore and to show just how massive of a war it was. Now that's something I'd pay to see.
Its easily the best implemented VR game I've ever played, incredibly smooth, and having a full field of view while dogfighting is mental. Wish everyone could experience it.

I think some of the tie fighter helmets are loosely clone trooper based, for example there are some with nearly the same mould as the revenge of the sith clone pilot helmets and the clone wars phase 2 helmets
you can also play as the naboo starfighter in the Rogue Squadron series of games, though you do have to enter a passcode to unlock it. would just love to see it as a dlc for Squadrons. actually it is one of two ships i'd love to see added to Squadrons, the other ship being the Tie Hunter

The venator in the zavian abyss was probably destroyed by the storm instead of a battle, they said whole fleets had gone missing in it or something
