- A stylish and practical ottoman storage bed. The bed features a durable steel framework with quality, hard wearing 8 ply poplar sprung slats. The sprung slats increase comfort whilst also increasing mattress life span.
Classic buttoned headboard with padding for added comfort when sitting up in bed. Matching buttoned footboard and attractive silver feet complete the design. Quality fabric with a slight texture, hard wearing and easy to clean.
Featuring quality gas lift pistons, the large storage area can be easily accessed enabling a large variety of items to be tidily stored away. The base is covered with a black fabric cloth so stored items are not in contact with the floor.
Suitable for use with all standard UK size mattresses. The bed meets all UK FR and safety standards and has also undergone extensive structural testing. Supplied flat pack for self-assembly, approximate build time of 60-90 minutes.

Bought through Next, says made in China on the boxes?
No pre drilled Holes for the back rest or footboard parts (A&B) is there no quality control ? Should not be missed, poor practices and not just me reading the comments unfortunately
Pistons didn’t seem to move at all when we bought the bed, are we supposed to activate them somehow?

The holes for the feet were definitely not pre-drilled. Nightmare.
But despite that, the video was 1000 times more useful than the paper.
At 4:51 where they are attaching the bracket to the center of the bed. Once i have done that and completed the bed, when going to shut the bed the frame gets stuck on said bracket and has to be lifted for bed to go back dowm

brought this bed. I love it. However, on one of my pistons the gold part at 7:24 thats needed to bolt in is not turning. Please may I have a replacement.
7:26 I did the same with ottoman arm but it doesn’t work. When i lift my mattress on bed, it stucks there and doesn’t come down. please help :(

Do you have to make your own holes for the foot holders?

Is this definitely in 2 boxes becaus ei have only recieved one box and have tried contacting you via amazon and had no response. Were going to have no bed at this rate...

Ive had the same issue only 1 box came think the delivery blokes are getting it all wrong 😒
I have issues with the lift. Once the arm are connected it hard to bring down unless unscrewed
