Found this video really helpful and was able to build the bed in no time. The only bit of advice I have is the because the bedframe has Velcro on each piece it does make it difficult to move when you are adding the brackets. So just put it on some bed sheets and it’s no problem at all. Also the bracket for the centre piece sits underneath and not inside.
Great video helped just like it should. Paying attention to how they position the lifting mechanism with the bolts ect. the brackets have a bigger slot to slide to allow for adjustment so pay attention to how everything is set by the fitters on the video. A tip would be to pause the video on the description so you can read it. Took me a while but very happy with the bed. Didnt use the paperwork just followed the video. Thanks again
We received a double ottoman yesterday and it took around 3 hours to assemble. The only problem we came across was that the hydraulic lever was too stiff to close with no mattress on top. We fully removed it, placed the mattress on top. Then while someone was holding the frame up we reinstalled the hydraulic. It’s a two man/women/they job 😅 hope this helps someone
Assembled the bed, and whilst it took some considerable effort...the pistons do not work. We understand that the instructions state that they may be a little stiff before use...but they simply won't work. I've pushed and pushed and they won't budge.
I put the bed together fine. After I put the mattress on, the bottom of the slat frame doesn’t sit on the bottom brackets. So if you sit on it in pushes it down and makes annoying noise

This took more than a few hours with the help of a relative. The video does not match the instruction leaflet given . Also thankfully we read the comments before setting up as one part of the instructions are wrong and we only found out by reading it here
I too had issues with my slatframe not fitting. Also the mattress hold holes are at the wrong end of the frame and are below so I cannot affix the hold
The one we have received has a lot of corners cut. All pieces are needing one screw less than what is being shown in the video. Same size same model, seems they’re saving on costs and cut corners instead.
I just got a superking bed frame.the headboard is impossible to move upstairs coz d stairs are kinda narrow.plz can i dismantle the headboard n fix it up again.thanks.
Ah so.... I finally discover the foot and side rails I have got have no holes for fitting the center bracket. This video is too fast. You need to describe what holes should be there and show close ups of the actual parts so we can see exactly what it is meant to look like. I cannot clearly see what the man is doing, and the pictures in the booklet lack clarity and clear description of each part.
Video is spot on. Simple to put up. If everything is lining up it’s most likely you have tightened up other bolts too soon. Only persuading I had to do for alignment was bolting the struts to the frame. But not a real drama at all
Looks great now it's done. However it took 6 hours over 2 nights and not everything was a perfect fit. Also hated the UA-cam tutorial, having to pause it every few seconds to see something, rewind it to check something else etc. What would have helped is labels on the part and a mention in the video such as get screw A and fit it here, too many assumptions and guesses were made
Theres no instructions, no contents page supplied with the 2 beds that I've just bought. Is there a pdf that can be downloaded to show how it all fits together? I can't work out what direction most of the parts go together in from your video as it doesn't show the part orientation.

So are we just going to ignore that the slat frame center bracket doesn't even fit into the center pole. You can see it not even fitting in the video. So now I've taken apart my mums bed and ill have to rework the metal pieces somehow to fit before bed time. GREAT

Please help, bought a single ottoman bed for my son. Trying to assemble it and it was going all too well until it came to attaching the foot board. The holes are not aligned at all, tried for over an hour and tried to contact by phone but no answer. Not sure what to do now!!!!! 🤯

This video, along with the paper instructions, are unclear. ‘Position the side rails and head/foot rails’ - yet neither make clear which way certain holes are to be facing. Confusing and irritating.
Step 2 refers: ‘Ensure the 3 larger through holes in the Side Rails are at the same end of the completed sub-frame.’ - This is the first mention of a sub-frame let alone it being completed (by step 2..) Is this the head end or foot end? Who knows.
As the man in the video points out the orientation of the holes of the ‘completed sub-frame’ - the cameraman unhelpfully ZOOMS IN making it impossible to tell whether he’s pointing to the head or foot end. It is like you are trolling us, and we are paying you for the privilege.

This is the worst video honestly I’m still at the point where I am trying to put the centre long metal rod however the frame is moving when I attached it 1:15 does at this point the bracket go into the gap on the centre rod or under the centre rod? As when I did it inside the centre rod it keeps moving
I purchased an aspire bed in February through a vendor.the centre bracket is missing and have been trying with no success to get the missing section. Its November now this is behind frustrating I have the headboard and the other parts but it's no use without the Centre piece

Thanks, your customer service team have said they cannot help as I purchased via a third party, itrolley. I contacted trolley and received the missing centre bracket last week, however it is for a 5' or 6' bed, I purchased a 4'6. I understand I purchased through itrolley however I'm so disappointed in the Centre bracket having been missing in the first place and now receiving the incorrect bracket. I trolley said they have contacted you again, please if you can provide assistance in escalating this as I cannot assemble the bed - Aspire Furniture are the supplier
I guess I will have to seek a refund or chargeback as I cannot assemble the bed as I still have not received the correct centre bracket. What a waste of the headboard and other components.
The marketing department are no doubt patting themselves on the back. Cool lighting, inoffensive backing music and a bloke with a man bun fitting a bed together. Would be considerably more helpful if this was shot with someone talking through how to assemble the bed, together with pointing out the subtle things you can fit incorrectly. This product is made in Yorkshire so how about a proper no nonsense video.
Please help, the pistons are completely broken, I can send a picture. They don't even fit :'( Was so close. Lots of small budget details but the whole point of me paying £800 for this bed was the ottoman element which now doesn't work :'(
Hi Iain, we do not intend for it to be unclear, but we do also supply a paper instruction manual with the beds which has the full details on it. This is meant as a visual accompaniment to the detailed instructions in the manual so we had to find a balance between the video being a clear and concise guide to how to put it together without being an information overload with too much text on the screen, where that information will be included in the paper manual. We do appreciate any feedback on ways we can improve the guides and make items easier to assemble so feel free to drop us an email with any suggestions.

Hello, my bed doesn't stay up when lifted unless I jiggle it to sit on one side. A little disconcerting when it comes to safety as I keep thinking it's going to come crashing down on me but there must be something not quite right for it to 'kinda work' and be temperamental - have you heard of this issue before and maybe have some further suggestions to what the problem could be please? Apart from this, I love the bed, although the assembling instructions could be clearer in some places 🙈
Lots of bad comments on here about the video, I watched it through once while drinking a cuppa then just put it together no bother, but then again I'm a kitchen fitter 😂

@@jackchadwick4439 @anna2601 We were advised that it is okay to carry on without the labels, follow the instructions and the video and place them as close as possible to what it shows. I was quite concerned it would be wrong still but it seems to have been okay, they keep the bed down at least.
Hi I just assembled the kingsize version of this and have put my king size mattress on it but as soon as I lift it it doesn't hold its position? It keeps going back down again? Please help!
Why on earth can't you just include a good old fashioned instruction booklet. Having to go onto UA-cam and keep replaying a video over and over is a proper ball ache. "bEcAuSe tHE eNvIRoNmEnT" and trying to reduce waste is a stupid reason considering the three massive cardboard boxes the bed comes in. A few sheets of A4 is a drop in the Ocean in comparison. Apart from that, nice bed. But I'll be sleeping grumpy tonight.

The bed don’t slide down once the we attached the anchor thing. Isn’t supposed to slide

People here saying they got Instructions, you don't know how lucky you are. Took me 5 hours to make and the video is not great.

Avoid this company they send items out with no way of being able to assemble them. Pre drilled holes do not line up. Customer service is abysmal.
