@@CraftedTravelCo Our family lives here in Greece. We are retired since 2013. We moved to Greece May of 2016. My question is when we look at other countries to move to we notice that anything after 90 days stays we get confused as to what our options are. In other words, the challenge is how to live in another country is a challenge as to what or how we do this. I know this is a stretch type of question to you here today.

@@AboutCreativity1 Thank you for reaching out! I would love to help but I've honestly never looked into it. That could be a great topic to dive into though. I'll see what I can find.

Good info. I really like watching the crazing things that guests do in Airbnb. The videos are just hilarious.

Airbnb already gives a discount for bookings of at least 28 days. There's no reason to contact the host for monthly discounts, unless you want a discount on top of Airbnb's monthly discount. Also, of you find a property with no reviews, you can look at the reviews for the host's other listings, if they have any.

I appreciate the perspective regarding Superhosts, but disagree. We have a number of AirBnb’s and regardless of the status of “Superhost” or not, I would recommend that you as a potential guest read the previous guest reviews. They have already experienced whatever you are considering and will provide you with the best advice as to whether you should stay or move on.

Thank you, very helpful. How do I get a host to respond to my message without leaving my credit card info? Airbnb states I have to confirm.
