To become charismatic, it's all about mastering the subtle cues that communicate warmth and competence. According to Vanessa Van Edwards, charisma isn’t magic-it’s the science of small verbal and nonverbal signals that influence how others perceive you. Whether it’s your posture, tone of voice, or even the way you smile, these cues shape how people view your confidence and approachability. The key is finding a balance between warmth (making people feel seen and valued) and competence (showing you know what you’re doing). By understanding your starting point, adding the missing cues, and adjusting to different situations, you can enhance your charisma and build lasting, meaningful connections with others.

Check out the book Captivate by Vanessa Van Edwards. I’m pretty sure that’s where this info is coming from.

People have always told me I have this cold and distant energy about me.
I have competency, I don't have warmth... Not initially visible anyway. After being around me a bit my warmth comes out.
I simply don't let my warmth out right away... How else will I stay warm if others see it 😂😂 joke's aside

You can explain every small details to do and not do but charisma comes naturally to them who are charismatic from childhood. Charisma is nothing but your personal history, now think about it is your history beautiful or full of bullying, being a victim, not being loved for who you are. This Channel is just like a person who says i want my game to be more fun and does not know coding only coders can change the game design and character you have to learn that background coding to change your characteristics for more fun in-game experiences.

An important protective factor against burnout is resilience, which requires certain prerequisites. According to my research, Muslims are among the most resilient people, a fact that has also been confirmed in practice. For further insights, reading the Quran can be beneficial.
