Each daw is the same one, FL Studio is exactly like Logic or something. Fl studio is just harder to make good sounds and FL Studio has patterns. So have respect for Producers who make music with FL ;)
@NoxitOfficial thats the Lexicon Reverb only the best freakin reverb u can get :) very clean and real sounding reverb without that metalic sound like in other ones.
@BlackoutOfficialz You can use Fabfilter in FL Studio and the same vst's so what are you talking about link away I don't care all I am saying is you can do the same things in any DAW just in a different way.
i didn't understand the shortening part. (especially because the camera was facing the opposite end of the room) can someone explain that again? is it just "cutting the middle and crossfading beginning and end"?
@BlackoutOfficialz The only thing you couldn't do is the Cubase plugins but FL has the same plugins for that just named differently with a different look. You can use drumazon in fl and camel phat + every DAW has a eq... so you don't know what your talking about.
@arlh1000 No i know it lol, but i speck about this 909 "pack", so i wondered if he used a custom pack found on Internet. My basic 909 setting option on drumazon have a very different sound from his one , that why i asked for ^^ (I'm using live 8.2) But thx for your response.
Better Audio engine? Well, that explains a lot of things... but the only thing from switching over (just making this for fun, not even publishing my work) is that I´m not professional and I won´t ever be.
@Toneshifterzfan Turn off the internal sequencer, its weird cos u make the tail too long, or your BPM is fucking with the time stretch in the kick, you know when ur clipping right when it sounds right to you.......
@BlackoutOfficialz You argued with me I said that you can do this in any DAW then you proceeded to comment back. Native FL? you mean Imagine Line.... how can plugins be low quality its the same in any other DAW most don't even run 64bit properly.
you just record it with edison...and than drag it into playlist...cut the middle of the kick...assign parts into different channels in mixer....right click on volume fader and click create automation clip on both...and then just fade them :)
So everyone is saying to EQ>Distort x 100 lol. But what happens when you add distortion and it doesn’t do much anymore besides make it sound more muffled and worse? I have eq’ed and it doesn’t make it any better? Anyone? 😢
@BlackoutOfficialz Why do you call them The Native Plugins? they are the default plugins that come with fl studio yes. This isn't Native Instruments...majority of producers don't even use the plugins that come with it. So what you are saying doesn't make any relevant sense.
@BlackoutOfficialz Omegatypez uses FL Studio what are you getting at? you can get different EQ's for any DAW an example would be Fabfilter. Why wouldn't you be able to use Parametric eq 2 in fl? yeah that's what I thought. Another guy who doesn't have the music to back up it's knowledge on bashing other DAW rant over.
@dominickd16 So why in Odins name did you argue with me?! All I said is, that Native FL stuff has not the same Quality as Third Party content. And that FL Studio sucks, due to these crashes and the things I said to "BakarnaProducer" -Bad VST Wrapper -Rediciulous Hardware support (if any) -Plugins are Low Quality -Crashes about 10 Times a Day if project gets too big (for me at least) -The Sound Engine cant handle high dB amounts as good as others -The Instuments are jokes compared to the price
@dominickd16 2x AMD Athlon II X4 3.11Ghz 8gb Kingston DDR3 M-Audio 192 Delta Audiophile SC Windows 7 Ultimate x64 No, I truly doubt my rig is shit. And as I said, I know FL and I did not switch to Cubase for no reason. I have only experienced disappointments during my FL Days....including project killing Crashes. And if you dont see the differences between an Sonalksis EQ and and FL stock EQ....you should go all the way back to Theoritical Soundprocessing. Maths wont lie in that case.
@BlackoutOfficialz I said majority..do you know how to read properly. You are the one who started this by commenting back when I didn't even comment to you in the first place. Why do you call them Native? the only native that has to do with producing would be NATIVE INSTRUMENTS and that does not come with FL Studio so what's your problem?
@BakarnaProducer It wasnt Brennan Heart who made FL bad and unwanted. I disliked it way before the Track "push play". -Crappy VST Wrapper -Rediciulous Hardware support (if any) -Native Plugins are Low Quality -Crashed about 10 Times a Day if project gets too big (for me at least) -The Sound Engine couldnt handle high dB amounts as good as other DAW's -The Insrtuments from Image Line are jokes compared to the price Just to state the obvious.
The problem is, if you start with FL Studio you get used to it and it's harder to switch over to Cubase or Logic because that's almost completely different.. It's your own choice Nitro, FL Studio is easier but cubase has some extra/better things FL Studio doesn't like a better audio engine.
@dominickd16 Sir, you have NO clue about Soundprocessing. FL native plugins do NOT have the same Quality as most thrd party Plugins. End of discussion.
@dominickd16 And maybe your computer is shit? I have only crashed in fl a few times. I run about 10 vst's with no problems stop hating. Brennan Heart didn't make anything bad and unwanted. You mad cause you aren't on these guys levels.
@BakarnaProducer first its ppl like you who make FL sound like a bad daw , i just need to listen to ur track once and thats all . second i cant understand why ppl always love to upload shitty tracks to the puplic better keep it in the underground or in the harderstate forum xd
Each daw is the same one, FL Studio is exactly like Logic or something.
Fl studio is just harder to make good sounds and FL Studio has patterns.
So have respect for Producers who make music with FL ;)
Why is it harder when the 3rd party plugins for example are same in every daw?
@Soundcreators
It's the StereoTools plugin from the Sonalksis Bundle Pack (=
this was so helpfull. thanks alot. i've been struggling with kicks for a while now
@CanYouHandleMyBeats this is the tutorial, and what dutchpking was saying is that this video is also on the fusion site (i think)
definitely should upload some more videos like this
You can. do you see the 5 we icons at the bottom left of edsion. Its one of them. You can fade in/out, or pan it Etc.
@NoxitOfficial
thats the Lexicon Reverb only the best freakin reverb u can get :)
very clean and real sounding reverb without that metalic sound like in other ones.
@Wurz56 They are using Cubase. :)
I like the sound of Raw-kicks in the morning :D
about time you uploaded this to youtube! :D
@BlackoutOfficialz You can use Fabfilter in FL Studio and the same vst's so what are you talking about link away I don't care all I am saying is you can do the same things in any DAW just in a different way.
This tut was also on the fusion website, is amazing :D!
awesome to see, very helpfull too.
i didn't understand the shortening part. (especially because the camera was facing the opposite end of the room) can someone explain that again? is it just "cutting the middle and crossfading beginning and end"?
Ok thanks man, Not used to start with 909, i'm used to take vst's like junglist or Hydra. Thanks again :)
@Daymack same for me, most of the time i use Hydra vst, do you know what is that 909 pack ?? i am interested to try this method.
awesome
@BlackoutOfficialz The only thing you couldn't do is the Cubase plugins but FL has the same plugins for that just named differently with a different look. You can use drumazon in fl and camel phat + every DAW has a eq... so you don't know what your talking about.
Man, this just shows how much I would fail at producing music. Too completed for me lol
@Dutchpkking0 Where can I find the tutorial exactly?
Where can I find the tutorial?
Eq = Sonalksis
Reverb = Lexicon
That screen in the end where he plays around with the stereo or mono is that a cubase vst?
Dear Toneshifter, how are you doing the pitching? =3
@DJAlexsimus
Thx for the awnser :D same developer as the eq :D lol i was searching for over a year now since they've put this vid on twitvid
4:08 WHAT REVERB IS THAT :o
which camelphat distortion is that?
What software are you using?
@arlh1000 No i know it lol, but i speck about this 909 "pack", so i wondered if he used a custom pack found on Internet.
My basic 909 setting option on drumazon have a very different sound from his one , that why i asked for ^^ (I'm using live 8.2)
But thx for your response.
@juliusbulagna Thanks mate!
Damn he smashes those keyboard keys violent as fuck!
That makes sense ..
Ure the best!
A distortion inside a distortion inside a distortion inside a distortion
Thank you :)
This is relevant to my interests...
What im wondering... is how the hell you managed to record drumazon into a channel.. because i cant do it...
7:42 what's the name of this vst-plugin please?
Nice vid ! :)
is this Cubase?
How is called this program?
Told you youtube is muuuch better than twitvid ;o) Bet you'll get a lot more fans/followers etc :D
thnx its realy helpfull
How did he get that kick sounded short ? I didnt get it. Can anyone explain ?
what is easier to use, cubase or fl studio??
i still use fl studio but i am planning to switch slowly to cubase because of the better functions ,quality and cool look :)
BillieAkaBill why is it necessary to switch ?
@DJAvantixx Worked! :D Thank you! =)
Better Audio engine? Well, that explains a lot of things...
but the only thing from switching over (just making this for fun, not even publishing my work) is that I´m not professional and I won´t ever be.
epiccc
Yep
I have a question. How he distort the 909 the first time? The waveform looks weird.
You find out the answer?
@Toneshifterzfan Turn off the internal sequencer, its weird cos u make the tail too long, or your BPM is fucking with the time stretch in the kick, you know when ur clipping right when it sounds right to you.......
theres a setting in the tools :D
What exactly happens at 3:20?
And can anyone tell me how to detect the resonating frequencies?
Tonies!!
Greattt! :D
@BlackoutOfficialz You argued with me I said that you can do this in any DAW then you proceeded to comment back. Native FL? you mean Imagine Line.... how can plugins be low quality its the same in any other DAW most don't even run 64bit properly.
My name is Elie! :)
you just record it with edison...and than drag it into playlist...cut the middle of the kick...assign parts into different channels in mixer....right click on volume fader and click create automation clip on both...and then just fade them :)
i wish i can :')

@dominickd16
Go ahead and to the exact same things in FL. I would like to see that.
what software is that?
Zaine Moar cubase
So everyone is saying to EQ>Distort x 100 lol. But what happens when you add distortion and it doesn’t do much anymore besides make it sound more muffled and worse? I have eq’ed and it doesn’t make it any better? Anyone? 😢

haaaaaaaaaaa jestem pierwszym który to ogląda xD
What plugin are you using to distort? I saw camel crusher but that's not working to well for me
Yeah I love using camel phat and trash
@BlackoutOfficialz Why do you call them The Native Plugins? they are the default plugins that come with fl studio yes. This isn't Native Instruments...majority of producers don't even use the plugins that come with it. So what you are saying doesn't make any relevant sense.

It's easier to start with FL Studio, it's more simple, if you got the skills of music making, switch over to Cubase or Logic
haha just doing the same ....just dont get why you are using stereotools .... hm :/
@BlackoutOfficialz I said majority..do you know how to read properly. You are the one who started this by commenting back when I didn't even comment to you in the first place. Why do you call them Native? the only native that has to do with producing would be NATIVE INSTRUMENTS and that does not come with FL Studio so what's your problem?
anybody could get nearly the same result?
i tried it for 1000 times with no success =(
@BakarnaProducer

its Cubase :D
So Adrenalize don't have skills of music making?

Lol, the audio engine argument is such a bullshit. I'm Glad that people moved from it.

Sir, you have NO clue about Soundprocessing.

End of discussion.
Avicii ... so funny
@BlackoutOfficialz Wtf are FL NATIVE PLUGINS? yeah end of discussion you obviously don't know what you are talking about.
LOL Everybody knows potatos cant record.. But my toaster has 5 megapixels
respect for you,but dfrent software/programe dfrent result..and again i still love you.but pls dont be dumb LOVE.
@dominickd16 And maybe your computer is shit? I have only crashed in fl a few times. I run about 10 vst's with no problems stop hating. Brennan Heart didn't make anything bad and unwanted. You mad cause you aren't on these guys levels.
U cant.... Not in edison
@BakarnaProducer
first its ppl like you who make FL sound like a bad daw , i just need to listen to ur track once and thats all .
