Authentic Indian Curry Recipe | Masala curry

garlic/ ginger paste mix
2 medium onions
1 tin tomatos
1 table spoon garlic puree
1 table spoon ginger puree
spice mix 1
1 tsp human seeds
2 Bay leaves
1 inch cinnamon stick
5 cardamon pods
1 finely chopped onion
spice mix 2
1 1/2 two kashmiri chilli powder
1 table spoon garam masala
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
2 teaspoon oil
50ml water
500ml boiling water
1 tsp salt 1 table spoon sugar
