Tip, want to keep the white white? Clear-bra it... Yip thin plastic film...... Wipe and wear lol and the basin.... behind it a sheat of aluminium... always wipe-able and looks clean and neat...
10:40 prior to "painting" the Gas line fitting for the cook top I would have placed a sandwich bag over it secured with a rubbebr band..... But its coming together nicely!
I bought those same LED lights for my 1991 27' Dolphin also a Class A built on a E350 chassis. They cast off weird lighting tones from white to yellow bands. But put out a ton of light compared to the old yellow ones. My Dolphin was headed to the junk yard because it got hit by a building during a tornado then sitting 8 years, yes RVs take a lot of work. But with Covid I drove it 16K miles last year to have my bed and bath and food with me. Got my moneys worth out in one year.
Hello Guys, it is certainly a great project that you have in front of you, but with the knowledge that you have, in the end the MH / RV will be the envy of even the manufacturer.🥇
You shouldn't use wire nuts in high vibration environments like motorhomes, wiring lever nuts or even push nuts are a far better option in the long run and don't cost that much more than traditional wire nuts.
LOOK'N GREAT! One Question? Why Wall Paper On The 2 Walls At The Stove Burners? Why Not Tiles! It's Only 6 Square Feet Of Area If That To Cover & Keep It Safe From The Heat & Flames & Easy To Keep Clean!
It was a gas/propane heater right behind drivers seat. Almost looks like someone put the heater against the seat, turned it on high an walked away wink, wink
from every rv expert I have talked to has said never reuse roof vents. because uv rays stars destroying them from the first day. they won't reconform to the roof.
It smells like fresh paint right now James but after the paint has off gassed and it sits in the hot sun, the smoke smell will be right back unfortunately. Sad part is that RV’s are selling fast right now so whoever buys it will only smell the fresh paint but within a month to six weeks , the smoke smell will be pulled back out of the cabinets and insulation and everything not replaced. Smoke is extremely hard to get out and especially in an RV like that that will get really warm inside when it is not in use from the sun and it will pull the smoke right back out. What these boys failed to listen to is the foam insulation behind the wall board is saturated with smoke, the cabinet wood is saturated with smoke but they only painted the doors and fronts but the inside of the cabinet boxes will leech smoke for several years now, the list goes on and can only be effectively removed by gutting the interior down to where every layer is exposed, the spray foam needed to be removed because it is a huge sponge and then let an ozone generator run in it for a week or two and then you can rebuild without worry of it coming back but they are trying to do this quick and on the cheap obviously and it’s gonna bite the new owners unfortunately. I spent 30 years as a general contractor doing fire and smoke removal on residential homes and found out many years ago that if you skip any of those steps then you will have guaranteed smoke odor come back. They are just covering it with perfume right now but as we all know, perfume always wears off And the original odor will be back! The boys are young and inexperienced and are trying to conquer the world here but just like their competition, Ole Joe Lieden keeps skipping the important steps and is only trying to polish things up. I understand their thought process and commend them for trying but that only gets you so far and when you flat out skip the most important steps of all then you will have negative results but on this project, those results wont show up until it is sold and the next owner will unfortunately get hit with it, but oh well, lots of us with experience tried forwarning them so they could do it right and not have issues. None of us want to see these boys fail at all but it is their project and it’s all up to them on how to do it, and we, the old experienced farts out here that have been thru these rough issues before, just offer our experience that we learned the hard way so they wouldn’t have too, but they decided their way is better and that’s ok, it’s their time, labor, and money and I wish em well and maybe somehow god will help them pull it off but I’ve had hundreds of fire and smoke jobs over 30+ it years and it’s extremely, extremely difficult!!
Ouch . Lots of people purchase rebuilds with a salvage Title. Yes they’re never going to bring top dollar but at Least many buyers can afford to buy these .
I have a Motorhome with a Salvage title and I can still get more then I have in it after 3.5 years. It's been a great Motorhome and I plan on keeping it for some time.
You do realize that at the end of the build they can throw away both motorhomes and the parts camper and still be money ahead by a long ways. The build is just for content, the money is made from video.
@@catsbyondrepair Why are you saying You Tube doesn't pay anything at all? I never once even suggested You Tube gave them a plug nickel, advertisers on the other hand pay quite well to be included in the video. The more you know. LOL
I really like the positive energy on this channel. Fun to watch the progress.
Hats off to you. I consider that window installation a two person job.
It’s like building a house. You have to go through the same procedures. I can’t wait to see the finished home!
You two Bros have so much ambition ! I admire both of you so much . And your attention to detail is monumental !!!
Flawless butyl tape placement. Thank you! that last video I was pulling my hair out and I’m already bald so that didn’t help at all!! 😁👍

Did I miss the part where you cleaned out the A/C ducts? I would imagine they would be coated with smoke oil.

What app do you use for the music and what the title of the music is for the first part?
Check for leaks before closing the shower up😬. Also, what started the fire and has it been fixed/replaced🤔
How do I specify the size shirt I want to order on your website?
we fixed it on the website, thanks for the info
What is happening with the Cobra???
hows it smelling
+- -+ easy mistakes. Now where was I supposed on my fire damage bus.
Wasn't an electrical fire by any chance.
I thought there was a rule about not using wire nuts in Cars because they can come loose?
Yeah I would have soldiered the wires, then heat shrink tape.
@@Richie5480 they have better options than that now. Solder heartstrings butt joint connectors would be the way to go in my opinion.
I never heard how many died in the fire.
I wonder how you are going to tell buyers if was all burn inside
Legally they have to. With documentation it won't be as hard of an issue.

LMAO
A. small detail but I wished you would have used black pull handles
WAY too much white
It has a salvage title not worth the money you put in to it. I would only give you 0 it worthless with a salvage title
