    I've always wanted to try Qi Gong! I like that this video is short too, a great way to be introduced to Qi Gong with a gentle warm-up and exercises for beginners!! Going to save this and do it again later.

    This looks like one of those things you can practice forever and never perfect, not that it should be the goal, but there is always room for more calm and fluidity. My 9 year old daughter is watching over my shoulder going... this is awesome!!

      It totally is! I have been practicing this particular routine for over 10 years and it is still so interesting ever time. i love how she was interested in it. Soon, I will post more of these breaking down the movements. Maybe she will practice with you :)

    Nice. I love push-hands. The mind-body connection is an excellent practice for staying present.
    I'm not familiar with the Dr Paul Lam Technique. Why do you prefer it?

    • @AnnSwansonWellness
      @AnnSwansonWellness  4 роки тому +1

      Dr. Lam adapts tai chi for the modern day population, making it safer and more accessible to folks with arthritis and disabilities. His big thing is the health benefits. He is also traditionally trained (world champion, etc.) I would love to learn push-hands when we can get within 6 feet of each other again! :)

      @@AnnSwansonWellness - Thank you. I like this holistic, moderate approach to connecting body, mind, and spirit.
      I know what you mean, social distancing is adding several things to my bucket list.

      Thanks for the Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you researched - Xeyack Qenaleb Bulldozer (google it)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for discovering unbelievable techniques to build your Chi energy minus the hard work. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my buddy after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical success with it.

      I wanted to know the name of this music. I tried finding it everywhere. Omg it's so touching there are just no words it's a master piece. I love it. It really hits a special place.
      If he ever plans on releasing it anywhere I'd love to know about it.
