Nice video I am currently going for my BS in healthcare Administration. Then an MHA. I want to get into quality and safety and the process improvement side of healthcare.
hi i’m a nursing major and i’m thinking about switching my major to HCA I would want to work as a hospital manager. Do you know what specific tasks they do?
The specific tasks depend on what kind of office/department you're managing. Every manage will do tasks related to the classes you'll take, like financial accounting, staffing/HR, and healthcare law. Not to say you'll be doing all of those things, but it's important to understand the concepts and how they impact the healthcare industry. I'd recommend reaching out to someone currently working in that role on LinkedIn to get a clearer idea!
Hi Angelina! Thanks for your question! I did enter into USC's program straight from undergrad - but because I graduated in December and the program started in the next Fall, I had enough time to get a job in between (started in Feb). So, technically both are true!
Keep the video coming sis! I love my major but rarely see that much information on it.
Thank you! Will do! 💗
