- I caught up with Mikey the day after ADCC 2022 and got to roll with him for an hour, this is the post roll discussion. His precision and technique is the best I have experienced, we have a similar style and getting to feel his variations and learn from him was such an eye opener for me.

When kade pulled your arm he pulled it completely from your knee. I feel like over extending limbs when I’m framing gives too much to the other opponents because I love when people over extend limbs. I was wondering in that north south position(with their hands on my legs) if I should egg beater on of my legs to create a frame to invert and get my guard back. Or is that too risky and giving them a pass of some sort ?
