You must let the water become liquid again by putting it in chill mode for 30-60 mins before turning off . Do not turn off when frozen unless you plan on removing all the ice and cleaning the machine to store overnight .
For soda drink I use 1.5 L pepsi ,iam facing this problem the texture seems rough ..but if I use plain water with pepsi Syrup...then it looks perfect,the thickness I set to 10.

If you don’t want the hassle of dissolving the sugar in the cold slush, make simple syrup ahead of time by mixing 1 cup sugar to 2 cups water. For the simple syrup, use 8 cups per 8.5 liters of soda from the store.
clicking humming could uld be compressor scraping or ice breaking sound could be the ice breaking off the cylinder when you first use it any squeaking or rubber chaffing sounds the rubber gasket that is between the augers and cylinder is rubbing. my bunn machine came with a lubricant i pit that on the rubber piece it made that sound go away
We don't have any used machines available at the moment, you can check out website as we usually have a used equipment sale in the fall and again in the spring. These machines rarely sell for under $1000 used , unless they are in bad shape or for parts only.

One more question - how big a difference is there between Bunn 34000 0079, 0080, 0081 etc? I am a bit worried about old inventory and am wondering if I should insist on the highest number (within a given price point). But the later numbers aren't on Amazon and I'd rather stick to Amazon (or at least EBay) rather than a site I've never purchased from before.

you forgot the front shaft seal cover that goes under the auger and lube on front and back .

Through out the day there is a cliking sound, should I worry or is that the compressor turning on and off?
