    I am about to cook Char Sui Pork from scratch for the first time and have been looking for ideas on how to serve it, your recipe made my mouth water when you broke into that puff, so it definitely tops my list! Thank you for sharing, you have a voice I could listen to all day, very calming 😊 x

    Hi LIng, thank you so much for sharing your recipe, I have tried making Siew Bao a few times but they all burst at the base with the filling gushing out during bake. Hopefully you are able to advice.

      I’m not familiar with Kremelta brand, but yes,you can use vegetable based shortening😉
