Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 stick softened butter, unsalted
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
Bake them at 180C for 18-20 minutes

I have been looking for a vanilla recipe for a while now ;even tried some of them and by far, this is the best, never turning back recipe! It's delicious and came out wonderful! Don't be skeptical because there is no mixer! Just try it! You won't be disappointed!

I’ve made them twice and feel like baking them today as well, it has become my go to vanilla cupcake recipe. Super fluffy and light! I add brown sugar instead of white tho and more vanilla.
TRY THIS:
I added 1 egg and 2x 1/4 cup greek yogurt, Oh my oh my!!!!! The fluffyness, softness and texture of my cupcakes are unreal!!! I made so many but I had no more eggs so I looked it up on google and it suggested to use 1/4 cup greek yogurt to replace 1 egg . I replaced 2 eggs and I never would have thought that it was the best decision. Im the happiest foodie today! :D
Best cupcake recipe ever! My cupcakes never turn out right but this recipe made the most delicious fluffiest cupcakes! Only thing i changed was to use just less than 3/4 cups of sugar because 1 cup was personally too sweet for me.

Just made. I have tried about 12 different vanilla cupcake recipes YOURS ARE THE BEST!! Soft very tender and cake like fluffy like they are supposed to be not crumbly dry or heavy as a brick! Very tasty too! Thank you very much for making my cupcake day . I was prepared to search for another recipe and was SOOOO happy when this one turned out so delicious. Hubby will be happy with his valentine surprise ! I used my Stand mixer with the paddle attachment instead of hand method and they still came out great!

It was my first time making cupcakes and oh god- they came out AMAZING! Like dude- thank you 🥴. Well idk because for me I only had 1/2 sugar so the rest I added 1/2 brown sugar and it tasted better and I added more vanilla to it cause I have sweet tooth :)

Pavan Kaur I used salted butter but I didn’t add the salt in with the dry ingredients bc my butter already had salt. But I recommend using unsalted butter. 😊

Ingredients:
Bowl 1
1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
sift
add 1/2 tsp salt, and mix gently using wisk
bowl 2
1 stick softened butter, unsalted
1 cup sugar
mix
add 3 eggs (at
2 tsp vanilla extract
pour half of bowl 1 to bowl 2
mix using spatula
add 3/4 cup milk then mix w wisk
add all remaining ingredients from bowl 1 and mix using wisk until combined
line muffin pan w cupcake liners
scoop batter to each case (not too full the top)
Bake them at 180C for 18-20 minutes

Can you plz tell what standard measuring cups nd spoons you are using.Australian or American.and one stick of butter is equivalent to how much grams in weight?

It’s a valid question. The cup sizes are different . Standard American cup size is 240ml while Aussie’s are 250ml. Perhaps, @Yeeva could Google it first.
Using metric in baking is the most accurate.
