Thanks for showing how to adjust for “blade drift” and squaring the cut to the fence. Very intelligent design in being able to adjust your fence. This is very helpful for a newish bandsaw owner doing resawing.
By far this is the best home build of a bandsaw I have seen! A pleasure to watch. I noticed when you ran the resaw blade you can hear the weld skipping when it passes over the thrust bearing, this can be fixed by using a sharpening stone. While the blade is running press the stone against the back edge of the blade, this will grind it smooth. Keep the videos coming please :)
How are you able to adjust the angle of the fence using the single bolt if the piece of HPL board (that is also referenced against the edge rail) is already fixed to the fence with multiple screws?
Saludos
Hi, I'm watching again and again but still not able to get how can it be adjusted left or right when the front runner is steadily attached to the fence itself. Am I missing something? Please enlighten me. Thanks.
Excelente proyecto, hermano.
WOW, I love the locking system. If you could start over would you incorporate something like this on your table saw fence? I've got your plans and just about to start building the table saw.
Sounds like the weld in the blade running over the wheels or past the guides. Nothing to worry about, you can hear it on some blades more than others, usually nothing to do with the saw.
Another little pearl for all of us! I love this new fence tightening system: very simple, elegant and efficient! Whatching the video it seems to be more sturdy compared to the one you've used into the portable workshop... What are your impressions? Do you think this one can be used with the portable workshop?
Grazie a te.

This little band saw has turned out to be the best tool purchase I've ever made ua-cam.com/users/postUgkx5ZrqmYO2uJq_nuU8TopyWxVzn8vqmPUL Once doing the set-up as per the included suggestions, this table top tool has been my go-to saw ever since (8 months as of this review). There are few things I wouldn't attempt with this saw. It takes up much less space than my table saw yet delivers twice as much punch. I've used it to create slices of wood no thicker than an 1/16th of inch by using the POWERTEC BS900RF Rip Fence. For small shop projects this tool can't be beat.
Again excellent work.'ll make it to my cast iron band saw too. Great add-on.What do you have for the drill with the dick? It's a factory product, or it's so sharpened?

you're right Rick, the welding of the blade is poorly done... thanks for your advice, I will try it!

today i made your fence. Brilliant and easy to make. 1 trouble i have. When i have to change my blade. I have to take everything off ?
(wath is the pounder you put in the glue?).
Genial , simplemente genial
Wow, impressive. Thanks for uploading.

Gianluca Salvador hello Gianluca! You're right, surely I'll use this system in future projects. Thanks!
what speed of motor did you use on the bandsaw
1 horsepower and 1500 revs
+1, I like Your hand-made tools
NiceTubeAccount thanks!
NiceTubeAccount thanks!
The music I have included has inspired me to have unusual vibration in the saw movement.. nice fence
What condiment did you add to your glue up? It happened so fast! Was it pepper?
Salt
mmmmmm am I mistaken? the fence doesn't really have angle adjustment, as it will always pull tight against the inner rail.
what type of plywood is that? it looks looks like it has many plies.
birch plywood
Brilliant
Can't find these plans for the fence. Are they still available?
Has become easy to cut!
thanks as always!
