Nice combination jig. Wonder how your jig seemed to stop when using it as a sled, did not see any stop installed. Did you add an adjustable stop for circle cutting blade width adjustment?
This is 👏 awesome. I really enjoy your videos. Been subscribed for a while now but for some reason I haven’t reached out to say hello! I’m Chris and I very much enjoy your content!! Keep up the great work brother
That's a really good way to make a crosscut sled. For the circle cutter you could make a wider slot and use a puck that you double sided tape to the bottom of your blank. This will mean that you can cut circles with no hole. I have a video on this setup for my table saw.
Great job but one comment. When you showed making the second circle cut your thumb was headed towards the blade several times. If you happened to hit a weak spot in the wood and it spun too fast your thumb is into the blade. It recently happened to me with a bad cut to my little finger and I had to have surgery to repair.
Great circle cutting jig, I tried to build this but my blade keeps getting bending outwardhave you any idea what I'm doing wrong? I would really appreciate some advice
thanks for your answer, Its a new band saw so the blade must be ok The tension seems to be as tight as it can go but I'm new to band saws I'll have another go again in the morning, thanks again!
Try stopping the sled with the pivot point further back. Or it could be you are trying to cut too small a circle for the blade. It is also possible a new blade is not very sharp. You should be able to get this well-designed jig to work.
It looks as if the table is not level in the fore and aft direction, which makes little difference as opposed to the right and left direction which needs to be very level.

hola Jose.

In other band saws I always found shortcomings, but in this I did not find it. This band saw is no worse felder.
cool tool
thanks Pieter!
bravissimo 👍👍
m'y frende Thank you soo much you are thé best
good job I like all your video
Great circle cutting jig, I tried to build this but my blade keeps getting bending outwardhave you any idea what I'm doing wrong? I would really appreciate some advice
Nick Orr hello! , it could be due to several factors, the blade needs more tension, or the blade needs to be sharpened
thanks for your answer, Its a new band saw so the blade must be ok The tension seems to be as tight as it can go but I'm new to band saws I'll have another go again in the morning, thanks again!

hi, Alan thanks for the input, I'm sure I'll get it working but not today, the snow is piled up against my shed door!
hello, here you'll find that information:
www.paoson.com/en/blog/homemade-band-saw-n100
Is there some problems with my eyes or is 4:18 cut totally skew?
it's because the blade is badly welded, I'll explain it in a next video.
It looks as if the table is not level in the fore and aft direction, which makes little difference as opposed to the right and left direction which needs to be very level.
Perfect
Thank you
Perfekt!
