I'm telling this by my experience. my NT scan -- low lying placenta. i have abdominal pain and constipation changes i have done drink 4 liters of fluids per day ( water+buttermilk+ coconut water+juices) any two fruits a day and two cups of vegetables ( boiled or salad) this will definitely cure constipation and relieve pain Now I'm 4th month pregnant
Hi dear, I am sure your Dr has asked you to do complete bed rest to stop the bleeding for now. In 80-90% of the cases the placenta moves up by week 30. However, it is best to be really cautious till that time and not do any movements that put pressure on abdomen or pelvic floor muscles.
