I wish this video was out last year when I installed my lc7i. More in depth about the unit. Maybe that's why I'm not getting enough bass from my Zvx8s. Going to look into this for sure. That's guys
After watching this video I believe I just solved a problem with my lc7i in my 2024 Silverado non bose. I don't think my rear was full range. So I swapped the front & rear input signal and wow major difference from my epicenter which needs a full range signal to perform its magic. Thanks @5starcaraudio
Hey guys great video/info. Question did the Tacoma come with a tweeter and 6x9 for the front? If so, did you take signals from both drivers (tweeter & 6x9)? Thanks in advance for your time!
Hey i just ordered this to go in my 19 Camry that I am trying to run a four channel for the doors and a monoblock for the Sub im wondering how i should wire it since my car is the same as your truck 6x9 up front and 6.5 in the rear now im wondering if I have more bass output up front and should wire it up to the front output but my main Question is this can I take a single speaker signal and wire it to split into the first four channel's and then use the summing feature to give signal to channels 5-6 for the sub im just reading about it and watching different videos trying to verify if my thinking is correct before I wire something up wrong i just had a bad incident with my last LOC i wired it up wrong and blew my brand new AAK 6k so I definitely need to make sure I am doing it right
I have a 2020 Tacoma TRD Pro w/JBL premium sound. If I add a LC7i w/aftermarket amp how would you recommend routing the speaker wires to which Channels on the LC7i? Currently I have the dash speakers in channel 1, the front doors in channel 2 & the amp to channel 3. With summing the system still sounds rough.
Um all speakers should be run from the amp no? It should be Tweet/dash in 1- front door in 2-rear deck/doors or sub in 3 then sum them to create a clean full range signal
I’ve had the lc7i in my 10th gen honda civic. It came with the 10 speaker system so it already had an amplifier. My tweeters are fed into channel one of the lc7i. My problem is I fed the feed from the factory subwoofer signal into channel three of the lc7 and I’m just getting deep bass but not the hard knocking bass. I think that’s coming from the fronts speaker signals which are into channel two of the lc7. The ideal solution would be channel two and three summed to channel three but that’s not possible. Can you help me?
I am having an issue where the AMP doesn’t turn off fast enough so my 4-runner won’t let me arm the car until the amp shuts off. This could take up to 20-30 seconds. Is this because of GTO?
I have a 2021 Subaru Legacy with 6 channel out (front dash tweeters, door 6x9 and rear 6 inch with no tweeters). All speakers have been replaced with separates up front and coax in the rear. The output from the HU to the rear speakers is very limited. How would you set this up?

So, in auto mode, you could have your front and rear speakers run off speed wire (9 wire) and you can plug in a sub amp into channel 3's RCAs?
Question:
If adjusting output level higher, will it draw more power from factory amp? Or is it grabbing literal signal?
What kind of light bar do you use inside the vehicle while filming?

did you ever figure this out?
What’s the difference between lc7i and lc7i pro?
What if I DO have 6x9 coax in the rear deck? Do I still run speakers switched around? Or do I put Front back in channel 1?
excuse my ignorance the wires going to the lc7 are shared to the speaker amp audio outputs
So is that setup just for the front and rear speakers ? No subwoofer?
It’s for both
I have noting coming out from my door speakers why
Does it goes bad?
Why did you guys use an lc7i on the tacoma why not high level
