Just to leave an update, the gun is still working strong 3 years later. I just used it on a international box truck a few weeks ago and now again on my RV.
Looks like it gets the job done. Isn't that what really matters? The comparable DeWalt of snap on would cost hundreds of dollars more. Even with the extended warranty, the HF tool doesn't get anywhere near the price of the name brand stuff.
My son purchased one and used at base and he received a noise complaint, lol,, just to let you know, they're loud, if you've picky neighbors forget it 😉Lmao
I just bought this tool,.....drum roll...............DID NOT WORK at all on my semi truck and I just had the wheels off last year and torqued them to spec by hand. This tool didn't even think of moving the nuts at all!!
@@tomasgonzalez4693 How do I use this tool wrong? I tried holding it solid and letting it float,...it never even attempted to move one single nut. I tried it on my hub piloted (hand torqued at 450 one year ago) and my stud piloted (hand torqued at 550 6 months ago) the battery at full charge and a legit 3/4" impact socket, no adapters or extensions. All this tool did was make a lot of noise. Faulty tool maybe?? It sure sounded like it was trying, my ears are still ringing.
@@tomasgonzalez4693 Absolutely. Shops usually bump the pressure to 150psi so their air guns can get them off. This gets them off easily. Model #: WRB3136185 MPN #: W9491-K4E Ingersoll Rand® High-Torque Cordless Impact Wrench Kit, 1" Drive, 890 RPM, 2600 ft-lb

Very helpful video.
Awesome!!!! I've got the same done it took off a 38 mm bolt the other day!
please ckeck out my new videos and subscribe to my channel for more.
After tighten the lug nut do you have to torque it or is good to go with out torque?
I haven't verified the torque. Depends on what you are working on too ... That was an old video and I am sure the tools have gotten even better
Are those lugs torqued to 800fps or something? It did get them off but it struggled.
What's the torque rating for the impact?
Working Tq on the 3/4 gun is somewhere around 550/600ft lbs and max break-away is around 1200ft lbs.
The lugs had a torque rating of Rust.
Rust can definitely get in the way!
I recommend pb blaster or wd 40
I have the Milwaukee 2767 and was thinking about getting this to save my 2767 from doing everything

Man this thing sounds like its struggling so bad. Idk about this tool.
F A a little knock Er loose would’ve helped out too
You have to let the gun warm up a little bit and make sure you have extra batteries. If it loses one bar of power it won't be as strong
Didnt work for me I finally got it . I tried to remove 41mm lug nuts off a isuzu NPR and didnt do anything.
Some are left hand thread
And Isuzu is hard to come loose even with the strongest air impacts
