PHEW... dang is a absolute joy, having to see this playthrough makes me wanna watch FF9/FFix story recaps from Oni Black Mage & Xygor Gaming. Oh right, the interviews post story. SO...I guess the Outside World on many parts is mostly busy watching the movie. Sheesh even the aliens on starship got a hold on a video & said they loved it? Oh wow... guess they got Earthling taste for pop culture. And there was a few discussions between the crew & the original makers regarding the play based on the light novel: Return of Madness from the perspectives of many otherworldly folks. But erhmmm....that's enough of that for now. Oh right, about the cast interviews, that's gonna be save for now. Them videos made everyone so grateful to see a fresh take on a story that takes everyone back to the early 19th century steamage fantasy. OH YES the Invincible & Alexander is always jaw dropping & Zidane & Dagger's reunion hug is so heartwarming awww! AHHH... There's been reports of a pink puffball last seen with Zidane's MUGEN party in the original adventure. To note: This pink puffball had finished sparring with the original Smashers 64 for fun, fought some weird gooey matter & repairing crystal shards for a fairy. Did that pink puffball made his 1st visit & hangs out with Moogle & Chocobos on a journey? That no one knows, but the Gaia folks don't seem to mind letting this pink puffball have fun.
FINAL Chapter: Crystal Tendency! As Reimu's party walked through space together, they step into a blue light. Garland tells Reimu about the source of all life & memories of this universe: The Crystal. But there's no time to wonder as she'll be on her own. He than tells her to take care of Mizuchi as Zidane took care of Kuja back then. He also tells her that she must have the Tendency to protect the Crystal as they all entered the Crystal World! By entering the Crystal World, Reimu finally goes face to face with Trance Dark Reimu nearing the Crystal. While surprised that Reimu's party overcame the 4 Fiends at Memoria. Is too late, she learns about the Crystal's origins & once she enters the crystal, everyone, everything & even her companions both lives & memories will be all hers for the taking. Reimu politely shuts her off that she (Reimu) will take care of the Crystal by taking Mizuchi outta that Reimu clone body and banish her from the face of this universe to not torment Dagger & Zidane anymore! Dark Reimu scoffs it off as she can't even beat her for years. OH if she did banish Mizuchi, Iifa Tree upon modding the Mist will have a cataclysmic episode across Gaia as states is all over for her & her friends. She wins either way. Reimu while drawing her sword said don't matter! Even if Gaia is destroyed, the planet will remain, and they'll start over to make a new home. She calls her a coward while telling her she can cause as much chaos as she wants, but leave this universe outta it. Dark Reimu asks why should the multiverse go on without her because it wouldn't be fair. Once Dark Reimu announce they all suffer with her, she call forth Tohma who survived from Reisen's 1st time Trance battle as she declared Reimu to be her 1st victim! Tohma is easily defeated once again at the hands of Reimu's party as Tohma will truly be sent to Hell this time! As expected of this outcome, Dark Reimu's time is almost up, but not before she assumes her battle stance & it was a long grueling battle but despite Dark Reimu's Trance ability to use all her previous hosts' abilities as well as Oboro's 2 swords. Reimu's party managed to defeat her because Reimu's Excalibur in addition to the party's strongest moves! All that made Dark Reimu feel severe pain! With no option left, Dark Reimu used Fantasy Nature to take Reimu's party plummeting down below with her! When Reimu awakens on the Hill of Despair, she is greeted by Necron's voice emanating from rays of light above the hill. The entity announces that through Mizuchi's actions caused his resurrection ever since Zidane & Dagger defeated him. Necron resumes his goals to revert everything to a "zero world" of perpetual nothingness, an existence without the fear of death. Reimu declares she will have Necron share Kefka's fate & express hope for the future & trust in her companion, it teleports the heroes to a coliseum-like structure and engages them to a finale. Though Necron utilizes a plethora of destructive magic, it is defeated & this time Reimu's Fantasy Nature erases him from existence. And with that Necron is now silent to his surprise, he claims that perhaps the will to live is truly that powerful. Mizuchi realizing that her actions resurrected such an abomination unironically decided to help them escape as she realized Necron is much worse and more feared than her. She uses her chains and cuffs to pull everyone out of the Hill of Despair as Reimu opened Gaps back to Gaia.
Crystal Tendency Epilogue: Reimu's Melody of Life. Reimu's party & Kosuzu witnessed the aftermath of the finale. Mima & Marisa flew to Kasen's group relieved to see Reimu's party returned alright, Cid's air force, the Alexandrian air force and Katalina & Rackam sharing the news to everyone else's relieve! The Grandcypher lands as Katalina & Rackam tells them to hop on. Reimu hears Mizuchi's voice again but in a whisper, "...Farewell Reimu..." The others depart while Reimu searches for Mizuchi to Yukari's & every party's plea. Despite a hefty feud between many Gensokyo denizens & Mizuchi. She still accounts for her sins, but she can still be saved. Reimu must face her own decision as JoJo always have Caesar on his heart. Zidane & Yukari wanted to talk to Mizuchi at least once, but she's not changing her mind. The Grandcypher departs but not before Yukari lip kissed her. Off she go to the Iifa Tree's edge full of writhing roots as Dagger admits she wouldn't have her 2nd adventure with companions by her side because with Reimu, she was able to see and hear that there are many other universes out there and meet so many people not from hers. Mizuchi with her hair down was relieved to hear everyone alright despite everything she committed. Surprised to hear her concern, she must return her back to Gensokyo, because Satori & Yuugi will not forgive her if she let that happened. The collapsing tree's roots converge on them both. All that's left to show to Reimu's allies is her Ribbon on Marisa's hand. Some time later... In Alexandria, Joseph now older re-visits Alexandria with his grandson via a portal! His young self is from 1939, him being a grandpa is from 1989 (correction is not 1987). Jotaro is looking forward despite not showing it outright as Joseph will meet up with a certain someone for a special double play feature. Yukari took Freya along with the rest of Burmecians and Cleyrans back to where Cleyra was destroyed earlier after they all spent their time in Gensokyo and with the help of Yukari & Gensokyo's denizens, they made New Cleyra miles away from the old Cleyra's crater. Yukari bids them farewell as she'll hold Freya's Javelin to remember them. Accompying Reisen is Eirin with Kaguya, Tewi & Mokou as moon princess's suggestion. Seishiro walks to Alexandria again, but will check on what changed before watching the play. Djeeta now the captain again after hearing of Reimu's sacrifice destroying the Iifa Tree to much Katalina, Rackam & the whole crew to fly to Alexandria. Batsu took Hinata & Kyosuke to Gaia after he told his friends everything that has happened when he was with Reimu. Onboard the Blackjack II, Kasen told Ryu, Ken, Iroha, Kan'u/Aisha, Hanzo, Fuuma and Akuma that they're going to Alexandria. Marisa & Mima onboard also go though she hasn't stepped into Alexandria for awhile. As scene cuts into black screen. Young Joseph says, "Farewell. I hope my future kinsmen will help you all someday as my older selves shall attain my memories with you guys". Queen Garnet is awaiting the theater ship as Zidane will be Ken for the Resurrection Mad Play. While watching the play, Garnet still remembers her adventure with Reimu as she must move on. After the play, Alexandria held a funeral for Reimu, but before everyone can pay respect- Reimu has returned already sent Mizuchi to Gensokyo safely just to get scolded by Mima for unknowingly resurrecting Necron. After Marisa returns her ribbon, Yukari overjoyed & kisses Reimu followed by placing Reimu's face onto Yukari's big or rather huge assets as everyone else is happy to see her return. As long as Reimu & everyone elses remembers... A bit of Hanzo (Samurai Spirits) & Mitsuragi (Soul) as part of the audience for a live reunion. THE END screen with Melodies of Life music playing
