This was perfect. I've been sick with Covid for 3 days, but felt good enough today for some easy qigong. It felt good (although the bending sequence did make my nose run 😆)!
Just the practice for this morning- slow and simple movements with tapping to uplift the energy :) thank u as always, Kseny! I get very excited when u share a new practice we can all try and benefit from.
@qigongwithkseny Yes, you should try the resistance bands. You get a great work out for both the upper and lower body. I like it much better than using free weights.
Kseny it's possible that you repeat the exercises for Covid?my daughter has a hard time to get better with a lot of pain in articulations and her low back for you attention many thanks
Hi Martha, what do you mean repeat? You can more repetitions of each exercise or practice multiple times a day. as long you are more feeling fatigued from exercising
