The UCO Stormproof Match Container makes a good fire kit when the matches are used up. I put a small ferro rod, a dozen or more homemade ugly-sticks, and a striker inside. I wrap jute twine on the outside of the container and hold it in place with a proper length of inner tube.

Right on, love the combo of tape, wick and tubing. Doesn't take up any room at all. I'm going to the bike shop to get some used tubes
