I'm in love with your channel :D you make the designs seem so easy and doable ^_^
cutest ever
I really loved the tip about scraping one way and then scrape the other way so as not to spread/smear the colours too much.
And the other thing I learned was add a bit of vegetable oil to your melted ganache/chocolate when using a gel colour with it.
Thank you! :)
really pretty just adorable
it so pretty.
Oh my goodness awesome! with those skills youd make a really cool guinea pig cake... Id love to know how to make one... pleeeease show me how!!!

Love it! ❤❤❤
This cake is so amazing! I loved so much! Thank you Rosie! :D :D :D
this is so perfect
This technique is wonderful and love how it turned out. One quick question, did you let the blue layer of buttercream crust in the refrigerator before applying the different colors or did you apply them immediately after?
👍👏👏👏👏👏Beautiful as usual.Thank you Rosie
love it. will try it for my son's birthday.
Quick question Rosie, can I use Wiltons black candy melts for the "Ganache"? If so, I would still need to add the oil so to stop them from seizing correct?
COOL... AMAZING... WONDERFUL... AWESOME... BEAUTIFUL..!!!!
THANKS FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO ROSIE...💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
+ann tamiey Thank you so much!

I'm having a cake like this made for my 30th I'm so excited! my cake will be purple with black dripping, purple and black flowers on top and a purple glitter 3 and 0. Then around the base of the cake a black ribbon and bow with silver gem
ash trix I know I'm very late but how did the cake go? It sounds so good
Does the gel base colouring do anything specific? Or can I replace it with normal liquid-based colouring.
شكرا لمشاركتنا افكارك الحلوة ..
Love it
What do you use to cut your stars and cake toppers (a machine)? What kind of material is it made of?
I like your cake!
is it OK to replace the buttercream with whipped cream ?? does it give the same result?
how fast does the black on the top dry?
Ahh this is so pretty ! Do you have a recipe for the cakes you use?
Beautiful!! I don't bake or anything but am really inspired by these drip cakes and want to try to make them. I was wondering-would be easy/possible to do the watercolor-effect-sides on a semi-naked drip cake?? If yes maybe can you show us??? Thanks! Love your channel. Keep it up!!!!
Hi! Which type of buttercream do you use?
so so gorgeous. naughty question, but in bakeries do they pay enough? just for cake decorators.
hi rosie love this cake
Would it work as well if I used Swiss meringue buttercream do you think?
This is lovely, but how do you slice it? Do you slice through the top half & serve that first?
how long do you let your ganache cool for? Every time I put it on it's either too hot and melts the buttercream or its too cool and it doesn't drip.
how would you serve this cake? cut top half as a serving and bottom half?
OMG really love this cake Rosie's Dessert Spot .....it's lovely :)
+Keisha Sutherland thank you :D
This is gorgeous! I can't wait to try making this! I like the end pf the video where you cut into your cake! ^_^
I did have a question. Do you simple syrup your cakes? If not, do you notice any dryness if freezing the cakes prior to use, or from end product to finishing the cake?
this one nice colour..
Rosie, can I ask what bench scraper do you use? How wide is it? I'm having trouble finding a scraper wider than 15 centimeters...
beautiful
It looks so yummy....
+Lamasafa Denna thank you :)
♡♡♡♡♡♡LOVELY LOVELY, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE COLORS!!!!!!!♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
I love the look of your drip cakes, the height is visually appealing. I love the color variations, the drips and the various embellishments on the top. I would love to experiment with this but it does look difficult to cover and store. Also, I don't know how I could slice it without getting too much in one slice.
Hi Niki, thank you for your lovely feedback! It would need space in the fridge for sure. I have one even taller sitting in my fridge at the moment and I have had to re-shelf everything plus take out a shelf just to accommodate. In terms of slicing though, you could always cut a regular slice and then cut that again in half through the middle. This is what I normally do. For every one slice, there is actually two :)
Hi Rosie, I love this idea! I can't seem to locate your recipe for the black ganache drip though? can you please point me in the right direction?
It's in the video description:
Dark chocolate ganache:
150 grams dark chocolate
75 grams heavy cream
zap in the microwave at 20 second intervals and stir each time until completely melted. Add in a few drops of gel food colour in black and about 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
Lovely ❤️
That looks amazing! Do you prefer working with buttercream icing or whipped cream icing? Which one is easier for beginners like me to do?
Buttercream is the easiest I believe as whipped cream would have too much air in it and wouldn't make a smooth finish~ She has a recipe for her buttercream on her youtube channel
I LOVE YOU!!!
Great job
Hello, I am just learning. You put your measurement in grams. What are the ounce measurement. I know there are conversion calculators but it doesn't always correspond well. Thank you
Amazing
Can I use just plain white icing instead of buttercream?
rosie, plz can I get the white chocolate mud cake recipe, thanks
Your work is superb , I have to try this method of dripping chocolate tonight , how long would you suggest letting the chocolate cool for before applying to the cake , worried my icing will melt , I just love your work
thank you so much Dawn :) the ganache is still slightly warm when I pour it over. I let it sit for 5 minutes before pouring it over, but don't let it set up for too long. Runny is good! You still want it to be warm enough that the drips blend into the top of the ganache seamlessly x)
+Rosie's Dessert Spot Thank you so much for your reply , I am trying a frozen theme cake tonight for my friends daughters 5th birthday and I will be using white chocolate ganache as the snow , I am addicted to your chanel and your work is so inspirational , thank you so so much.
Great!
wooow very beautiful
beauuuuutiful
amazing
Hey Rosie, what size is that bench scraper?
All the colors, is that just buttercream with some fruit color?❤️
hermoso
