I met this couple a few years back, while they were in a long distance relationship. Abas spent his last £2000, which was meant for a ticket to go and see his fiancé in Dubai, but instead he invested it in the deal selling masterclass.Now he has gone on to be so successful, he has 250 properties with 9 members of staff. Absolute bullocks, this Abas guy was referred to my colleague a few months back regarding converting the properties he's managing into care homes. Initially he wanted to convert them into children homes as his friend (the lady that reached out to my colleague) currently owns 3 children's homes in Birmingham. We were supposed to supply him with support workers until we realised it was a bunch of nonsense! He did not have an absolute clue! Amazing!

@@webwazion I can’t disagree with that statement mate, having a mentor will help so much (I don’t necessarily think paying for a mentor that has 100s of people who they already mentor is the answer however). My initial comment was regarding a course, I would personally rather use the money to put towards an actual property. No course will ever teach you the reality of property investment. For me, you can’t beat on the job experience.

Yes you can tell she’s from a wealthy family because of her stunning attitude which normal girls don’t have. But Abas did this from start as he mentions and will go far with her. Good job Samuel!

So @Agas….. hermmm Sure… for u it is better buying a property blind and spend perhaps £50.000/£100.000 and risk to loose all of them in a bad investment rather than invest before £1/£2K in educational videos, books, training courses which will help you to take the right decision on investing bigger chunk of money in a wiser way. I understand but once you’ve sourced a deal and charge for example 3k to an investor, how do you transfer that deal over to that investor ?
That's why you need to educate yourself. There is paper work and contracts of selling the deal. Is not something what you cannot learn on UA-cam comments section.

Strange how this company 10xrising was incorporated just a day before this interview on 23/6/21 and now dissolved on 12/7/22! Its not a legal company now in the UK
Take a look at some of its associated companies, notably 10X GROWTH. The filing history should tell you more than these liars ever would. It speaks in detail of the exact method these guys were using (funnily enough, they mention it in this exact interview) that helped them scale into this huge success, it’s also what got them in trouble because of their disordered practice and now the company is facing liquidation..
You can’t kick a guy for trying, good on you Abbas. Negative comments are excuses for their laziness.
