Few recommendations. For cramps in the legs is good to take Magnesium. It helps a lot. And that stretch which you were doing for your heels is good also when you have Plantar fascitis. So you can check if you have it. It's good to use comfortable shoes. I think maybe you know this things, but it doesn't hurt someone to remind you of them. 👍🏻😊🍀

girl. i feel you so hard on the exercise shorts. i lost 40 lbs more than twenty years ago (and then battled ed) and still struggle with dysmorphic thoughts. i am what most would consider lean but me seeing that? almost never. i first wore some exercise shorts a couple weeks ago but only in my house. i hope to take them outside. i love your heart and journey, lucy! you are incredible.

Totally get the body dismorphia and poor body image. I blame diet culture, the strive for weight loss instead of thinking more about what yourbody can do, not what it looks like ,in a world of comparison, Disordered eating and excessive exercise, it does nothing for these issues, it creates them in my experience and opinion. "Thin" doesent always equal healthy or better than a larger body. I'm interested to know your thoughts on the anti diet/intuitive eating books you read? ❤
