  • 40 min easy run followed by a 10k walk and an upper body/abs workout!
    We are officially midway through week 3 of marathon training for the Victoria Canada marathon. How wild is that??
    Next week we test our 5k time :| only mildly nerve wracking! So beyond excited to completely destroy myself for that adventure.
