Not sure if this helps with colour choices for the water bottles, but grab yourself a Pantone booklet or ask your manufactures for samples of their colours (even if they just send you photos). It’s so much easier to have a standard code to base colours off.

Soph, firstly thank you for being open about feeling down! I think its so refreshing and helpful to see someone I look up to, also having crappy days! I've been feeling similarly lately in that my mood isn't great but I don't have an explicit reason why so I know it can be frustrating but is just a part of life. I hope you feel better soon! I also want to say I'm super proud that you have reached out to see health professionals! I have health anxiety and PCOS too and its so tough to find someone that listens and really hears you but is so worth it. I hope it goes well!
In terms of the water bottles, I LOVE them all! I actually prefer the darker pink but both are gorgeous! I have your decision made bottle and love it but think I would buy all the colours you come out with because they are all so gorgeous! The green I actually didn't hate but can see its not the vibe haha. Maybe the Pantone colour #96A480 (sage green) would work better! I also love the white and how sleek that looks! They are all stunning!

I personally LOVE the mint green, I love sage green too but I feel like everything in the world is sage green at the moment so something a bit different would be nice... I've been avoiding buying anything sage green at the moment because I own so many things that colour
I really like the first green, the really pale green ( mint colour)
bondi boost is great!! I use a spray that is for hair growth and i see results in just a few days to a week it’s great!!❤️

Wait so women in Aus, do you not go to an OBGYN once a year or every 3 years for a pap smear? That's how most things are caught dealing with the reproductive system anyways. I was told that I had to get a pap smear once I became sexually active or reached a certain age. I have my GP and my OBGYN Dr separately but some GP's here can cover women's health but not as much the pregnancy side of it.
Regulations changed last 2 years, it’s now called a cervical screening test and doesn’t need to be done until a woman is 25. If all good I believe it’s every 2 years - If not then whatever doctor recommends

Yep! CSTs start at 25 and if all good (and you've been vaccinated in school) you don't have to have another one for 5 years! Also to OP: GPs in Australia mainly do the CSTs. We only go to gynaecologist if something is wrong or personal preference I guess if someone wants to pay for it privately lol
I turned 25 in august but I’m also pregnant with my second baby, so I will have to wait to have my first ever Pap smear until after bub is born next year and I have healed from birth.
@@zoe9366 Yeah here in the US it recently changed to every 3 years instead of a yearly cervical screening however, I guess due to having ovarian cysts (non-PCOS or Endometriosis) and being sexually active they just want me to keep coming in yearly. I don't really know. Granted I am 31 now but I have been going every year since I was 15 after my emergency ovarian cyst surgery. I just know my insurance covers my yearly screening at no cost, and I no longer have to pay a higher co-pay for a 'specialist visit', which is what an OBGYN Dr would be considered. I have also undergone STD/STI testing after every new sexual partner but I've realized that people in other countries don't seem to be as precautious when it comes to that. Most people in their 20s never get tested even once unless they experience related symptoms yet have numerous partners. Something no one really talks about either.

Don’t even get me started on the price for a $5 Alibaba water bottle with a quote on it. No one has any originality or creative ideas these days.
