I order Sundrop Peanut Butter - Natural, it has approx 270gm of protein for a price of Rs. 290. It is pretty close to Rs1/1gm of protein and also does not have any stabilizer or sugar added into it. Although it is a high calorie food, so it's mostly suitable for people who are looking to gain weight or bulk.
Bro Sundrop peanut butter is the worst it contains vegetable oil!! Either try whole truth peanut butter or homemade peanut butter.

Amul buttermilk is good but you have to dilute it a bit with water and add a little dry masala to make it edible. By itself it's pretty inedible

Amul protein buttermilk is a great product but it is too thick and is not drinkable by a straw. I needed to cut the tetrapack and eat it with a spoon

Not an endorsement for anything but I found out pretty early that price of protein required per day is way way higher from ProteinX than ON Gold Whey. ProteinX has so low protein per serving that in order to match the same protein quantity from ON you would have to take atleast 3-4 times the serving size of ON. Though protein quality and other adulterants in both of these supplements are questionable.
