What would you recommend to connect to galvanized 3in plumming for a tub
Galvanized to pvc
I live in a new build, and I have this exact issue, the plumber who checked it on the day was absolutely oblivious and acted like it was a chore to even be there. This video has only 62k views, now I know why a lot of the plumbers are so useless, they don't even bother educating themselves in the basics of their own craft. Thanks for the video.

Can you use pvc to connect to a old galvanized 3in for a tub
You should be able to.
It looks like the overflow had no screws I could be wrong but you get get your leak through now have those screws inside

What do you do if your house is on a slab? I have water pouring out of the foundation while the water is running
Is there an access door or crawl space to get at the plumbing?
Homeowner Repair no. The slab was poured directly onto dirt. The drain does run along the back of the house, I sent a camera down the drain and you can see the pipe is not connected to anything

looks better when you remove the Diverter and silicone the hole in wall copper pipe is coming through. Also the handle cover silicone behind it for a better look. Instead of using finger use some silicone tooling tools, makes it look professional.
