It fits a niche of easily handleable by your wife and easy to understand (by everyone) what is going on with the good app. This unit is the perfect size for all of your small power needs and keeps it from you bleeding power off your bigger unit.

I got mine this past Tuesday the 5th of September I'm using it to power a cable modem and a router and sometimes my Sony TV they pull about 120 watts all three together and you'll get about 2 to 3 hours of battery use with all three don't watch TV and I get 8 hours with the cable modem and router
Does your EB3A unit get warm when it is on with nothing plugged in? When I grab the handle, the handle is warm. Kind of concerned that I received a defective unit from Amazon.
Is a smart phone needed to operate this? What is the default charge setting? Can you silence the fan noise without smartphone? When fully charged 100% does the charge stop so no overcharging battery, especially if using as UPS? If I have to have a smartphone to operate this then is no good for me! Functions should be adjustable on the product.
Grecell 200w Pro folding solar panel. It's 11lbs. Can charge it around 150w consistently throughout the day in clear skies. Affordable option with MC4 connectors which is the best type of charging cable with little energy loss.
You need to buy the right battery for your needs. Thankfully there are tons of options and price points for everyone’s individual needs. I was clear that this one isn’t for everyone.

I just wish that the wireless phone charger was magnetic or indented to keep the phone from sliding off.
Maybe if it was $500?

I never noticed anything like that happening
@@alpinetactics So it does not get warm, specifically the top handle when it is folded down? I think mine is defective then.
I'd just use this to charge phones, laptops, and portable devices on camping trips and on road trips.

The fan actually makes noise no matter what setting it is on. You don’t need a smart phone but you have more you can do with the app.
Any recommended portable solar panels?
There is a lot I like about this one, mainly how compact it is and the output really is pretty good ua-cam.com/video/n1CQyqmgL6k/v-deo.html

BougeRV 200 watt CIGS flexible panel is perfect for this unit although it costs about twicw the price as the unit itself. You get what you pay for.
Thanks 🙏

I find the light annoying!
I bought one....and its a toy....get something 800wh minimal...these are a waste of money.....spend the extra 250$ on a bigger unit.

@@alpinetactics it wasnt directed at your video or your hard work.
@@danajooks9677 I appreciate your clarification. Still think this unit is great for the right person.
This one is perfect for me, it will run my CPAP machine for 8 - 10 hours during a power outage.
