Life lately has been filled with love, whether a romantic sunset walk at Guangfulin Historial Site, or a family wedding back in Yangzhou, I am feeling nice and warm inside.
Guangfulin was the original settling place of Songjiang in Shanghai, with settlements found to be dating back over 5000 years. The fields, waterways, temples, and traditional architecture make it a scenic spot to visit in the area. The cultural site is only a short journey from Sheshan National Forest Park and boasts stunning natural beauty without all the tourists! I highly recommend visiting at Golden Hour.
The next weekend we headed back to Yangzhou for Miu's cousin's wedding. This was my first time attending a Traditional Chinese Wedding. I learned so much about the culture, customs, and traditions that local Chinese families participate it at a marriage celebrate. From tea serving ceremonies, red packets, fighting to see the bride, and endless food, I felt incredibly grateful to experience such a monumentus event in their lives.
落叶知秋，树梢上的叶子也都缓缓变黄了。生活也随着变得浪漫起来，无论是在广富林遗址的夕阳漫步，还是回扬州参加婚宴，我的内心都充满了温暖与美好。
广富林是松江最早的聚居地，距今已有5000多年的历史。 田野、水道、寺庙和传统建筑使其成为松江的旅游景点。该文化遗址距佘山国家森林公园仅几步之遥，拥有令人惊叹的自然美景，却没有游客！我强烈推荐在这个黄金时段来游览。
下个周末，我们回到扬州参加了miu表妹的婚礼。这是我第一次参加传统的中式婚礼。中国婚礼有许多文化、习俗以及传统值得我去学习。从奉茶仪式、红包、接亲，当然还有许多许多美食，我真的非常荣幸能参加他们人生中至关重要的一天。

The koi fish, butterflies, and flowers were so beautiful! The Western--styled wedding venue was so fancy! I've seen other videos on Chinese weddings, but this is the first time I have heard of both the soup that Miu was consuming and explaining as well as the concept of leaving at the fifty--eighth minute~ The topic of weddings and the style of the music in your video have me wanting to listen to Ed Sheeran songs right now 😊
I learned so much this weekend! My mother in law forced us to eat the “fertility soup” hahah. If you have any wedding song recommendations, let me know! We have our English wedding in summer and I haven’t thought about music at all yet 😂❤️

A lot of babies, yeah thats a good wish. Luckyly the one child policy was removed. Doesnt matter how a wedding is celebrated. The most important is that it is joyful.

We will have our English wedding is July, then Chinese wedding after that (we haven’t started planning that one yet 😅)
