Congrats! I thought the ending fingernail showcase montage was a clever way to display the passage of time and your relationship status! That was clever on Miu's end, too, to propose on your birthday. Waiting at the elevator could have been simply for a more typical birthday gift so I'm guessing you were truly surprised when you entered your home!
