So, let me get this straight. Kasumi is the best thief in the Galaxy and is a personal friend of Commander Shepard. She could have gotten in and out of that Casino in her sleep. So why did Shepard get Brooks to climb through the ventilation systems when Shepard could have just called Kasumi and have it done in less than five minutes?
Truett Edgell Did this meeting happen before or after that part? If it happened before, Shepard could've thought "Uh, maybe she's busy with the whole heist thing, not the best time to call." She could be on the other side of the Citadel for all they knew. On the other hand, if it happened after, they'd have no idea of knowing she was there.
Something like this. Shepard: Kasumi, I have a little problem and... Kasumi: I told you the first twenty times, I'm not a front line soldier against the Reapers. Shepard: No you don't understand. Someone is trying to kill me. Kasumi: Uh, yeah, duh. Shepard: Someone else. I need help with infiltrating a casino on the Citadel. Kasumi: Um...(infiltrating said casino) I'm a little tied up at the moment. Research on the Crucible, yeah that's it. (disconnects)
I like to imagine Kasumi following Javik around and annoying the hell out of him. More so in public where he can't do anything unless he wants to look like a mental Prothean. "Were all them like this in their cycle?" I'd imagine someone saying.
isn't it weird how that male Shepard and female Shepard are never in the same area. they both talk to all the same people, but no one ever brings op the other Shepard.
Yep, it's sad that it's a dlc. I mean it's a great dlc that deserves to make money but there should have been more of an equavalant in the normal version of the game. Not just the emails of people who want to hang out but a standard shore-leave time. I did appreciate the inclusion though, reminded me a bit of how Persona did things.
Shepard's underwear?!?? You know how much those could go for on the market? "I'm Commander Shepard and these are my favourite panties on the Normandy!" It sells...
You're not a true Tali lover then. I met Kasumi for the first time in my most recent playthrough, talked to her and thought "now. She has a great personality. But I love Tali more"
When I played this dlc I had so many fun times and good laughs with all the characters, highly recommend getting this if you haven't already. For those who have played and don't know this; When you get the space hamster in ME2 and find it in the area where Jack used to reside in ME3 your clone throws it in the garbage bin. I thought to myself, " You can try to kill me; you can try to kill my friends; you can ruin my dinner with Joker; you can steal my identity; you can ruin my reputation; you can force me to fall through a fish tank; you can make me destroy my companions favorite sushi place; you can take my crew and my ship; you can even use my room however you want; but if you harm so much as a hair on my hamster Mr. Cuddly Kins, I WILL DESTROY YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!"
I wanted Kasumi as a romance interest. I always wanted to see her wear my N7 hood. I think it would be nice to pull a interrupt where you say, "Your the master thief, you stole my heart." Or something like that.
***** What I'm saying is why couldn't the developers make her a romancable character AS OPPOSED TO making her ogle over Jacob and reminisce about her old boyfriend?
Kasumi and Liara combining illegal enterprises - theft and information dealing? Am I the only one who is feeling a little bit terrified and glad that this is only a game?
Damn it Bioware why aren't Zaeed and Kasumi romance options? I can already picture the dialogue... Zaeed: What's up Shepard? Shepard: Let's hope you are because I am about to fuck your brains out! - Kasumi: I may be a thief, but you stole my heart. Shepard: After tonight, let's go steal ourselves a wedding gift.
I wish Kasumi and Shepard were an item themselves, romantically, considering how much she seems to be a fan-girl totally about him/her, she may stay true faithfully to Keiji's memory and all, but, still, if only Bioware had written it in all the same. They would quite cute together, plus, going through his/her's drawers, MaleShep and Kasumi, yeah, I can see it and who would not want to date her right?
In ME3 she should be a possible romance if you were loyal and she survived to the Citadel DLC. However, I think they just didnt want to put a romance behind having 2 DLCs.
It's funny how Mass Effect 2 characterizes Kasumi as one of the most "normal" crewmates - playful and a bit mischievous, but overall well-adjusted and professional. Then Citadel reveals that she is by far the biggest and most awkward weirdo Shep has ever met.
