- This is a small list of supps I take as a frequent flyer to combat the lack of sleep, stress and working night shifts. Important thing that I missed: I used to take magnesium & zinc as well, and I might buy it for the next time.

Vit D3 1000iu, Omega 3 fish oil and Magnesium is what I usually take myself and often recommend. But nothing should replace a balanced healthy diet and regular exercise every day. Great video 👍👍

I'm surprised you didn't mention Omega 3, I know it helps alot in our bodies and also has good affect on our memory as I heard that CC tend to forget alot. 😂
Used to take it! But I have plenty of fish in my diet. A good one would be cod liver oil, even more potent in Omega 3 source

I like to take an immunity supplement if I'm going to be in a large crowd. I always take a multivitamin and calcium.
Apart from that , I do want to know is your daily diet meal or intakes to maintain your body,for me as a Cabin Crew, I skip one meal for a day due to workload and eat later on .So that's not good deal, I might be wrong that you haven't shown your three meals during on board and also your diet.How u manage it.If u don't mind, please make a video about that

Hi Alex I was still eating junk food but now I have vitamin’s aswell and now with fruit eating I had cereal with blueberries and weetabix cereal 🥣 together this morning to keep me healthy and I’ve started eating carrots 🥕 with dips from now on thanks for the video because you’re help people hope to see you soon and i need cheering up because I’ve been under the weather take care of yourself ❤️💙
