Hyundai Santa Fe - Front Sway Bar Link Replacement
Вставка
- Опубліковано 1 жов 2024
- I had a front end suspension noise on my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe that seemed to be coming from the front sway bar or anti roll bar links. I swapped them out with some Moog Problem Solver ones that feature grease fittings for longer service life.

Do the top first and then you can pry down on the sway bar and get the bottom with an impact.
Nice job man didn't look to complicated
Thanks mate, was straightforward enough
The right tools, the right parts = a very satisfying little job!
Absolutely. Cheers!
Hi from croatia. Do you need to jack both sides or just the one you working on? Where to put jack stands?
👍 Bet mine are rusted on & I'll probably not or have a helluva time getting the bolts off:( Thanks for the help though 😉 #200
My noise turned out to be the owner's manual banging around in the glove box. lol
That's a much cheaper repair plus #weightreduction 🤣
Is there a passanger side type and driver side link or are both the same?
Fancy pants ratchet action mate 👍
Cheers buddy
Hi mate love the videos. Just brought a Santa Fe so good to see it’s fairly easy to work on. What’s your opinion on the reliability of it?
Great video. Are these interchangeable? I have an extra with no idea which side it's for. It looks exactly the same. I can't see any difference between left or right, or up or down. Thanks. Also, don't you need to torque these?
Sir can you feature santa fe 2001 front sway bar replacement

Nice job. Loving the new flexi on your grease gun, they make the task of greasing so much more enjoyable.
David in the U.K.
A definite upgrade to the fixed one. I broke it trying to get a more usable bend in it! Cheers

Cheers!
I have the same style links on my Rover 75. Makes quite a racket when they fail.
They are noisy things when they go pop

Just wondering where you recommend placing the jack stands on the sante fe, I have looked but have been finding conflicting answers.
Did it cure your knocking?? Thou
I'm not sure it has, although the noise has changed.
Off topic I know, but what has become of your Moggie Thou?
Unless we've had another earthquake, it hasn't moved an inch
I thought so. Will you be making a restart?I’m in Milton Keynes, so I can’t make you a fair offer for her 😂
Hopefully will be back on it soon. Spare time is at a premium these days
