You can tell Santino was holding the fanboy questions back and trying to play it cool for one of his idols. Two brilliant comedians, this one was a long time coming.
So I'm guessing you're not 21, 22, 23, 24. You're not 25, 27, 28! Youre not 31, 32, 33, 34! Yep. Neither am I 😂 ua-cam.com/video/--TeXXVpa3s/v-deo.html
Tito Andrew, never be scared of doing your voices and characters and impressions. You’re great at everything you do but your silliness takes it to the next level!
I wish I could tell Dana how much him and Mike shaped my sister and I’s childhood and our friendship . Wayne’s World was everything to us growing up, watched it a few times a week.
I had no idea that Wayne's World was an SNL skit until the other day when my dad (55) told me...he pulled up old clips on UA-cam for me..that was such a different time they were so funny I haven't belly laughed in so long 😂😂 comedians now would be burned at the stake for some of that stuff today

Andrew is quickly becoming my favorite podcaster. He's so good and such a great comedy mind he can riff with legends and contemporary comedians alike. Never even seen his stand up lol
Schwing! Dana is the best! Highly recommend his Stand-Up Specials! Thanks so much for having him. Also, for us older folks (and others) he is seriously inspiring. Comedy and being a nice genuine person must be good for your health!
Tito Andrew, I never know who you're going to have on, but I look forward to the pod dropping on YT after Bad Friends ends. ALL WEEK. So many days without you by my side, but always on my mind. Thank you Tito, you are so kind 😢
I could listen to these guys do impressions all day for real🤣 I watched Dana's comedy special back in the 90's and I've appreciated his work ever since. Now I can see where Santino got his impression work from even though he doesn't rely on them that much in his comedy.
This is _by far_ my favorite episode of WG!! Dana Carvey is a comedic genius, he never gets the flowers he deserves whenever people talk about great comedians
Dana’s Mickey Rooney stories never get old. Too bad we didn’t hear any. But he made up with his impersonations of a generation I grew up with. Dana might be a little new to podcasts, but he’s figuring it out and realizing comics have more power being their own boss. Always love hearing Dana’s coming up stories. Him and Spade do a great job on their podcast. Great get Ginger 👍🏻👍🏻
My friend and I were catching up on FaceTime last week and I told him how much I’d love Dana on Whiskey Ginger. Couldn’t be happier. Also I hope Fly on the Wall does video episodes at some point!
That's fantastic. I love when I'm trippin' and something happens that seems like it's just the mushrooms but later you realize it was real and just a strange thing to happen whether you're tripping or not.
Thank you for talkin about waynes world Andrew!! That has been my all time fav movie since I was 7 years old, formed the sense of humor i have to this day!
I appreciate the chat on musicians choosing to be in the studio more may be a better idea. Also TaySwift and Phish have a similiar impact to local economies. People mostly travel from other areas to see them.
Love this collab! Can't wait to listen later tonight on my long drive up to Canada. I'll be bringing along a bunch of old toys across the border for kids who lost their legs due to imaginative playtime adventures gone awry.
because of this pod I looked up my favorite childhood comedy special by Dana and it still holds up! Highly recommend youtubing Dana Carvey critics choice full special from Comedy Central or at least his 100 yr old man bit
BEST EPISODE EVER! 🙌🧡 damn Andrew totally could've been the new Dana, but I am so so glad he is Andrew. But also i need more hours and hours of them doing bits!
Carvey is one of the most insanely hilarious and prolific comedy geniuses of my own generation, as well as those both before & after me. I don't think anyone has ever made me laugh as hard, or as often. Love seeing him featured here, and the respect Santino has for him. A+
Just discovered your podcast yesterday with Kevin Pollak. Didn’t know you at all but as a fellow ginger it caught my eye and I like KP so watched it and it was great. Shocked that I didn’t know you before now. Great interview with Dana.
Absolute LEGEND! Graduated in 91 so he was a huge influence on my humor and Spade and Adam of course! I just happened to throw 95 as a senior and became a baseball player but my heart was in comedy and always the funny guy for 12 years and it was course of these guys! Cheers to being TITANS for us youngsters to take bits and pieces from each of them! 🍺🤙🏼
Hey folks Joe here. Who would you love to see on the show? Chime in!

Big time
Dana Carvey is an all time legend. Been laughing at this guy my entire life. Great episode. Really appreciate it.

Ditto 🙏🏻
Yeah, would have been great if Santino allowed him to talk, but we all know that wasn't going to happen.
UA-cam “Home and family Dana Carvey” the contagious laughter is great.
Carvey is out here doing old bits from his SNL days and I almost pissed myself. Never gets old. GENIUS.
Turtle turtle.
😂😂 First thing I thought of!!
Beat me to it hahaha
Turrrrrrrrrtle
Am I turtliley enough for the turtle club 🐢

Dana Carvey is my all time favorite, longest loved comedian of ALL time. I love that he’s getting more involved lately and get to see more of him. ❤
Ps! Omg yes! Ross Perot! I was so young but I loved it so so much and is the only way I even know who that man is lmao
@@SharonWilliams-jz9fw Yeah, Perot was a very peculiar character. It was fun to watch as he was, and DC elevated his personna to a higher level. 😁
David letterman, mike ward, who holds the record of doping a pod in front of 20 000 people !!!!
Yeah, he fell off the earth for decades. I loved him on Waynes World and I missed him, his facial expressions were perfect.
That Jimmy Stewart getting a BJ bit was f'in hilarious
Being able to hear Dana talk about Wayne’s World brings the biggest smile to my face. Legitimately one of my favorite movies ever.
Wayne and Garth were the first podcasters ever. Way ahead of their time.
@@NickKautz you’re SO right and also that’s hysterical!!
Dana said Bert Chrysler for real bahahaha

This is probably the best episode of this pod yet.
I agree!
Such an amazing ep!! You can tell Andrew truly respects Dana

It's beautiful to see Andrew just ask the questions that he would've had as a boy to this comedy legend. So cool, good for you, Andrew!
Watching Santino and Dana discuss impersonations was gold, you both are amazing at them! 👍
It’s a dream come true.
Yeah I want them to do a movie together. A bunch of these comedians need to make a comedy together it's just a damn shame that they haven't yet.
When Santino does impressions I always think of Dana. Was waiting for them to get together. M
I’m so very excited for this episode.
