      Stevia is definitely better option but relying on stevia for long run isn’t supported much

      @@TheGlowGirlTales thanku you for your reply. Can u please make a video on why stevia is not recommended. I'm now not using any form of sugar. But I love coffee wit sugar instead of sugar om using stevia and having 2cups daily. I don't understand how to get rid of that habit.
