Though I have PCOS, all dairy products, milk, yogurt, whey protein powder seem to suit my body completely and I have no issues with them so can I continue to keep dairy in my daily diet? Because all my doctors say it’s alright to have dairy and gluten with PCOS !

It’s just because you’re not having that much of iron in your body or your haemoglobin levels are low, take good care of it by incorporating more iron rich food with vitamin C. That will help you get more blood produced in your body and hence more flow, but it’s completely normal

You explained everything so damn clearly that i have wrote a notes about these phases. Even im suffering with irregular periods , sometimes irregular and sometimes get to see spotting after 15 days of my periods , its not like periods but spotting i don't know why is it happening? Is it normal or i should consult a gynecologist? Bdw thanks for sharing this informative video, helps me so much to plan my workouts according to this..❤️❤️

Sis I had my last period on dec7 and it lasted till jan19 i consulted doctor and they said I had pcod and gave medicines and I don’t feel to take those medicines cuz I’m just 17yrs and i am 55kg I wanted a proper diet or food changes cuz I eat Andhra food as habituated from very small age as idli and rice at afternoon and again rice or dosa at dinner so i wanted a personal diet from you to get rid of the pcod please reply😢
