We snuck into this last night after watching another movie, one of the guys I was with is terrified of horror movies so we didn’t end up staying. Sounds like leaving was a good choice. Blumhouse has been such a hit and miss, mostly miss.
I think this would be a good entry level horror film for younger audience. Gave me Are You Afraid of the Dark vibes, or Goosebumps. (Also I typed that out right as you were saying the exact thing in your review lol)
its a cool thing when wes craven calls the street elm street as there is at least one 'elm st' in every town in america making the nightmare more common. whereas when this film does it ehhh not so much . ..i miss the campyness of m3gan
Yes, man. Cool story but the execution wasn’t done properly, from the way I see it. One scene made me laugh. You know, the doctor asking: “Has she been doing ventriloquism?” 😂
Saw the movie... it wasn't that bad. It was convoluted yes and it did drag but it has a couple good ideas implemented weird but not terrible. It's worth a watch if u want to see something unique and new and you have the patience for it. Interesting story lines with a few twists towards the end. Overall it's decent.
Wow another flop. I seen the trailer and it look like it could be good. But I know you can have good trailers and bad movies. But I haven't seen it yet but I'll just wait until it comes out on streaming. Thanks Chris
Anything is better than FNAF. Like you lost me when you said that’s good. FNAF wasn’t scary whatsoever, bad jump-scares correction only had two jump-scares and overall was a bit boring 😂 If I can sit through that then I can do Imaginary
I can't stand psychological horror Seems like for about 10 years, every movie and video game had the same trope. Not paranormal but some traumatic event in there lives. Ends the same way everytime. Lame
If they make another one get James Wan to direct it not this other guy. Who doesnt know crap about horror films. Someone that make a masterpiece of a film and make rated r with blood a horror film needs some blood. Make everything practical effects. If I was directing a sequal I want the story to be 10/10 very well exicuted and the shot scenes I wnat done perfectely and the acting and the creatures that lurk. I want to be a masterpiece I wajt each rooms atmesfear to be 10/10 and not all surrounded by dark. It doesnt half to be dark in a room for it to be scary. I want each detail to be perfect as possible
Judging by the corny thumbnail I'ma* guess* you thought it was bad. I'm going to bow out now until I watch it myself. But looks like we might have another Megan on our hands sadly
Just saw this Blum house come on this is ridiculous. This is more of a joke than a horror. Caroline meets Freddy fazbear and allice and wonderland. Get better writers horror isn't scary anymore
"...I forgot where I parked my car at Westfield". That one statement tells me all I need to know about this film. Great review!
Minor spoilers:
The movie had the same ending as Halloween (2018) where three women beat the villain by letting a house burn
Would you prefer it if 3 men beat the villain by leaving it in a burning house?

Okay a hidden gem here! Just subbed my man you make great reviews
We all know when we see Blumhouse is involved it’s trash.
All I have to say is....
*E V I L T E D D Y B E A R ! ! !*
Looks like The Boogeyman aka The Boring Man.
Thanks for the review.
Also Congrats my fellow Australian on 10,000 subs 💪😎

Yeah I was worried as soon as I heard Jeff Wadlow. Not the best reputation
Soooooo... you didn't like Spaceman but enjoyed Five Nights... well taste I guess!
So I looked up Jeff Wadlow and…
Kick-A** 2?
Truth or Dare?
Fantasy Island?
Holy S**t this dude’s filmography is bad.
Except for Kickass 2. Love that movie

directed by Jeff Wadlow....
if that ain't a HUGE red flag, i don't know what is.

theres a cool horror 2023 unwelcome you should review it i havent seen enough ppl talking about it
To Me Jeff Wadlow is a hit and miss, I liked Kick-Ass 2, but can't say the same about Truth or Dare & Fantasy Island!

Borefest is right
I thought this was with Deadpool? Oh, he’s in IF, not Imiginary.
It sounds like a good movie

I think everyone who saw that trailer knew this movie was going to be shit.

How good are corny thumbnails 🥰
@@chrisstanleyofficial I hate them lol
imaginary might be the actual worst movie i have ever watched in my life
Going to see it Thursday 🥴

The actors did well just the storyline is terribly written. The makeup was too prosthetic like was like it was done very cheaply and unprofessional
you are my imaginary friend
Talk dirty to me
@@chrisstanleyofficial I’m already wet just seeing your reply
Screw this film
Saw it today. Yeh nah. Bloody awful
U thought five nights at Freddy was good? Lmao yea i cant take this review serious lmao 😂
How good is having a different opinion 😘
so another boring one like FNAF and Night Swim
