Great video man, i have a 09 yfz450r with clutch rattling noise during idle and drive. It does stop when clutch engaged, i had pulled cover and plates and everything looks fine besides a noise spinning the boss left to right like something is loose but nothing appears to be..should there be play in the boss and basket? I will further pull basket out and see how springs are in back but dont think i will see anything. Any input greatly appreciated!
Hey I seen your other videos on the oil mod and I know I want to get it for mine just to be extra cautious. I bought mine last night but don’t wanna send it to JT. What is another way around this and is it more expensive?
I sourced a new 2007 case from Yamaha via Rocky Mountain atv.. Yes it is more expensive as the case was $190. You can find used cases on eBay but it can be hard to tell what exactly you are buying. Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions. I will have a new video up tomorrow.
What size drill bit did you use to drill out the rivets?

Okay thank you
On the back of the clutch basket, did you just lay the springs down in there and tighten the plate
