There are plenty of videos showing how to repair these rods and there’s a product called bounce b gone
I can’t remove the stopper from my old one
Time to call a plumber? 🤔
Great video, thanks for keeping it short
Thanks. Definitely.
This doesn't alway fix the issue.
Your video is wayyyyyyyy more straightforward compared to all of the other videos I had initially come across. THANK YOU.
awesome, glad to help
Also you want to recalibrate it by holding (delay end) and (temp)
Changed mine and after one load it gave me the error again! I'll try this. Thanks
I need a chest-mounted phone harness. Where did you get yours?
This is my problem. I am getting more duck tape
crazy right
thanks
Anytime
Thank you!!!
Of course
Big help!
Wait what about the black washer that goes underneath the tub?
It's still there.
I replaced mines and now is doing it again after about a month of replacing the shocks, what else can it be?
Thank you so much, The washer seems to be working well and wouldn't have been possible without this video. Hoping I dont have to repeat this in a few months !!!
This was posted 7 months ago. How is your suspension rod now? I did change mine but after a month, suspension rod issue came back. Anybody else experience this after replacing it?
@@DIYCOMMUNITYHACK same here, I replaced mine and after a month issue came back so I end up buying a new washer
Samsung washer are trash, I'm having the same problem
Where did you get the rods from
Amazon
Hola por favor link de compra?
www.tiktok.com/t/ZTFM5pp1q/ It's easy to order here
Hi. Where do you recommend buy parts (suspension rods) from? Thank you.
Thank you! Definitely wasn't easy to do alone - but your step by step guide allowed me to get this done during a lunchtime break.
Oh man thank you! this saved me a lot of money!
This stuff is made by the devil. I had to put in 4 corner flood lights and 2 porch/door lights. Well, I made it through one so far and have a hole saw with round teeth to prove what you said. Now all it does is spin and create a smoke that smells like burning plastic and dead bodies. I’m thinking like damn what do I do now… do I need to get a reciprocating saw or what. But yeah- so over this project. The most stunning part you gotta do like 30 years of working at it every day like Shawshank Redemption until you get through, but I accidentally tapped one of my walls a little with my ladder moving it around and it now has a huge divot in my outer facade- and weed whacking has absolute destroyed the bottom few inches of the entire structure cause it cracks and chips. But the saw blade? No problem for this stuff to melt metal.
Yeah, that hole saw is now trash.
Mine just spins around but doesn’t unscrew. Which ironically is leaving me screwed!
Ouch
What do you do with the black washer that goes underneath
@@kennethrainero8664 throw it away and use plumbers putty instead as it is a better seal than that gasket
Thank you! First clear answer I’ve gotten on this after watching several videos. I just want to install the damn thing.
Right, thanks, keep it simple
Great video! I followed your instructions, and the installation went great. Only worked for the first wash and back to the original problem. I believe it's the poor quality of the suspension support rod. Can you please send me a link to a reputable dealer that sells Samsung model WA54R7600AV/US. Replacement suspension support rod. As you had mentioned in the video. Thanks for your response.
Where can I buy one
It's actually easy to order right here... www.tiktok.com/t/ZTNEp6srM/
@@ToolboxLife thank you sm now I only ever need one charger maybe two
Klein dewalt
I'm in Germany. I'd never need anything other than USB-A to USB-C, even if I were to buy Apple products. (The European Union forced apple to only sell products with a standardised plug, i.e. USB-C.)
I sell these at work for $10 NZD they’re just cheap ones from china don’t get scammed guys. They will break pretty quickly
mine hasnt broken yet
perfect for my phone and airpods
People who have double and triple headed chargers and can actively charge both phones at once instead of switching :😑
This device isn't that, the parts detach
@ToolboxLife Unless the chord is resistant to shorting,I don't find it impressive
Oh wow this is so unnecessary
everything is necessary! lol
The only thing crazy here is me wasting my time watching and commenting
😆🤣
If iphones were using usb-c it will be better for us, and where your are working in Slovakia you can have as free mobile phone only Android, and I like that, I think apple is very expensive and they are only more expensive Androids with a different OS
i prefer android also
Aren't newer iphones gonna use USB-C
It doesn’t matter, it wont come in the box anyway…😂😂😂
Only the 15 till now
@@KrispyKruncheeI’m pretty sure you still get a cable in the box…
Yes, if they want to keep selling in the EU market it's mandated, and it's cheaper to just have the global phones all be USB-C rather than have two production lines for two different types.
@@G1NZOUAnd thank God they've been forced. Only fucking company thank thinks they're special.
The big one is called usb b
It's actually called a USB A
The big one is USB type A. USB type B is different.
Wrong, Google USB and learn what USB B actually looks like.
It’s not just a usb for the big one it’s called a usbA and the small one is like u said usbC
Actually it is usb b
@@dheerajpareek1342Nah, it's actually a USB A
@@dheerajpareek1342Actually, its USB A
@@dheerajpareek1342 Incorrect, that is USB A, USB B was originally used for mostly large accessories like printers and scanners, while they developed Mini-B and eventually Micro-B for small devices until USB-C came along.
when you replaced the rods, could you tell if the original ones were even broken or needing replacing? just curious before i start my self repair journey! 😂
I dont have a way to test the spring strength
#1 turn off the electricity
But won't the pilot bit get dull pretty quick? What do you do about that?
I think you know and you just want me to say, "get a masonry bit" 😆
WOW that's special!! 😮
Very
It's real dangerous when someone thinks the have a clue!!😮@@ToolboxLife
handy man all day
Trevor Noah… yikes
Any idea what the significance of the colors is? Also, how’s your machine holding up 5 months later? Thanks, great video!
It is working fine under light loads, but on heavy loads it's still acting up sometimes.
yep, I replaced mine as well and still bangs... How ever, it maybe that I did not grease the new rods, so buying grease and tryng again...
Did the grease fix the issues?
We don't have to use that method any longer.
LemmmeGuess, because of Wagos?
You make it look so easy.
Right
Thanks for the video
My pleasure
Mine was a freaking nightmare. The tub hadn't been touched since it's installation in '61. Mine wouldn't turn. Sprayed it with Blaster cut a notch on each side to grip it with a flat bar. I ended up doing careful and dangerous surgery with my Sawzall. Cut the thing in half then cut it into quarters and pried the small piece out and tap, tap, tap...800 times with a cold chisel and it finally unscrewed. Cleaned the threads and screwed in the new one. No thread damage...wow! Lucky!
Wow, very lucky 😮
Awesome sauce! I studied your video for a day or two, and with my two adult kids (as assistants, per your advise), I replaced the rods this morning. Did the work in about 30 minutes. We've done three heavy loads and so far, so good! Really grateful for your video...
Nice!
replaced rods. still won’t complete spin cycle.
😕
Same , just ordered dampening grease as suggested on another video. Original rods were covered in grease new ones were clean
